Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 7-storey building with a lift and 380 rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Internet access in public areas allows guests to stay in touch while on holiday. There is a wellness area with a spa, a beauty salon and thalassotherapy treatments and, for an additional fee, a steam bath and massage treatments. Entertainment options and leisure facilities include a kids' club and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a bar and a lobby bar. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request.

    I have never stayed in such a luxurious hotel before. The staff, which were plentiful, couldn’t do enough for us. The food was very good and the choice was massive. Cleaners, waiting staff, gardeners, absolutely everyone were cheerful, kind and efficient. I was sad that the hotel was quiet - I hope Egypt doesn’t suffer being closer to the Middle East than other Brit holiday destinations. We felt perfectly safe. Points to note…* once you step out of your hotel room the WiFi is sporadic * the bathrooms are a bit tired* we went to the Italian à la carte twice and it was beautiful - Ahmed was so kindWe would definitely go back.     Amazing staff

    The hotel is a bit dated and needs some updates but the staff really make this place a special gem. I need to specifically name Reda on laundry service who is amazing, professional and so kind. Also at the beach with Kamel charming smile and amazing service. Then at breakfast from Viola welcome you with such kindness and finally Mohammed with room service.     Sheraton Sharm el sheikh truly wonderful

    We stayed at the Sheraton Resort and Villas Sharm el Sheikh for my birthday treat. It was indeed a treat. Great room, great pools, great beach.Food was varied and always cooked to perfection. All the staff from Life Guards, Animation team , Restaurant waiting and chef teams, Matre Ds, Bar staff, Reception staff and Managenent were friendly, exceptionally helpful and professional. We loved our stay so much we have already booked fir same time next year. A special shout out to Viola,.We would also highly recommend The Golden Spa for amazing massages and Soa packages.The massages by Imma and Dali were top notch. The saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzis were fantastic, my personal favourites was the Tallasso sea salt jacuzzi.
