    Can’t wait to return!

    rating05 Jun 2026

Returned for our third visit and once again had a fantastic week-long stay. We visited during Eid and thoroughly enjoyed the celebrations organised by the animation team and resort staff, which added a special touch to our holiday.PoolWe love spending our days at the adults-only pool (North 38). The pool attendant/lifeguard was fantastic, and a special mention must go to Marzen Mohammad, the morning pool bartender. He made the best iced coffees for us every morning and consistently provided exceptional customer service. He is a real asset to the resort. The pool was lovely and peaceful in the mornings, although it became a little lively and rowdy in the afternoons with Egyptian guests celebrating Eid.FoodA special thank you to Mohammad Said, who recognised us from previous visits and once again took excellent care of us throughout our stay. The food was fantastic, with plenty of variety and high quality throughout. We also enjoyed an evening at the Spice House restaurant, which was excellent.Animation TeamThe entertainment programme seemed to be geared largely towards Russian guests. As British visitors, we occasionally felt ignored due to the language barrier, which was a little disappointing.Diving CentreThe Eagles Dive Centre on the beach was amazing once again. A special thank you to Tommy, our dive instructor, and all the staff for their professionalism and friendliness. The snorkelling and diving directly from the hotel jetty were absolutely incredible and remain one of the highlights of our stay. The room, hotel grounds, and staff were all brilliant, and we cannot wait to return. See you again soon!
