  Stayed at this hotel with my family and 18 month year old grandson in mid September.Cannot fault this hotel, it was everything you could wish for.Choice of food was excellent, something for everyone.Rooms were lovely as was the surroundings, garden areas of which there were plenty were gorgeous.Staff were very attentive to guests.Would highly recommend.

  ????? A Wonderful Stay and a Fantastic Atmosphere!Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. From the very first day, we were welcomed with kindness, smiles, and a genuine willingness to help. The atmosphere and, above all, the people working at the hotel made our holiday a very memorable experience.A special thank you goes to Marwan and Ahmet at the reception. They are both extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling. We could count on their support and professional approach whenever we needed anything. Thanks to them, we felt welcome from the very beginning.We would also like to say a huge thank you to the wonderful girls from the Mymo Club – Daisy, Sanah, Daria, Ibis and Nesrine ??. Our child was absolutely delighted with the club and happily wanted to go back every day. The girls have a fantastic way with children – they are patient, energetic, cheerful, and create such a warm and friendly atmosphere.We especially enjoyed the Family Disco ????. It was a fantastic time for the whole family, with lots of music, dancing, smiles, and fun together. The girls from Mymo Club put so much energy into the activities and did a wonderful job of getting both children and parents involved. These are exactly the kind of moments that create the best holiday memories. ??As parents, it made us very happy to see how comfortable and happy our child felt at the Mymo Club. It is clear that the girls genuinely care about the children having fun and feeling safe. Our child left the hotel with wonderful memories and lots of reasons to smile.Another highlight of our stay was the beautiful coral reef right by the beach ????. It was absolutely amazing to be able to enjoy such beautiful marine life so close to the hotel. Snorkelling there was a fantastic experience and definitely one of the things we will remember most from our holiday. The colourful fish and beautiful reef made the beach even more special.We would also like to thank Hassan, who looked after the cleanliness in building 18. He always did his job with great care and dedication. Our room was kept clean and tidy, and his kindness and friendly smile made us feel very welcome every day. Hassan, thank you for your hard work and for taking such good care of our comfort! ??Marwan, Ahmet, Daisy, Sanah, Daria, Ibis, Nesrine and Hassan – thank you so much for everything! ??   So this is a short review of the Trattoria restaurant at the TUI magiclife Redsina. We were booked in this evening for 1930 and had scanned the menu on the app prior to going. If you look at the menu, you may be as misled as we were. Menu states soup, then starters, then it say choose 1 salad, choose one pizza, choose 1 pasta, choose your main and the choose your desert. Having looked prior we knew what we were ordering. On arrival at 1945 we were taken to our table. Water and drinks offered immediately and then the waiter came to us at around 20.00 to ask what we wanted as a starter. This threw us a little so we said the asparagus. Then he asked our main which we both said the steak. He brought us bread by 2010 amd then our starter arrived at 2025. Soup ? No sign. The asparagus was delicious so we awaited the pizza and pasta. Steak arrives. Again the steak was phenomenal. This was then cleared and we waited until 2115 before we got up and left. I dont mind waiting for good food but when you aren't even offered what is stated on the menu and have to wait well over an hour it gets a bit ridiculous. We never had lunch as the menu made out it was 7 courses. I think I was lucky to get the 2 I had. Again, dont get me wrong the food that we had was delicious but the rest would have been a bit of a bonus.   The best holiday experience

  This was a last minute tripBooked for a week with my mum and one of my adult daughters, being the first time in 20 odd years travelling without my husband was alittle nerve racking. But my god from stepping into reception and being greeted we were put at ease and made very welcome. By everyone of the staff! The hotels grounds and our room was spotless , one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at considering the size of it!! The beach was immaculate and staff were always on hand with a smile ! The food was very tasty and a great selection each night evenFor my veggie daughter !! We loved The entertainment each night and the levels they went to for attention to detail for themed nights was amazing , we loved that after shows you could still have a dance and interact with people in the lobby entertainment area!! But if you chose to have a quieter night there were plenty of places to do this! We loved the lobby wunderbar and all the staff in there!! Animation team were all lovely but a special shout out to fidal who was vey welcoming and getting us involved in dancing and aqua aerobics but just honestly a decent kind young man especially taking the time to talk to my mum and make her feel special !! Also kareem the tennis coach,very welcoming and always had time to talk and gave us a tour of the hotel grounds !! There are so many bar staff and waiters I could thank individually but honestly they were all so accomadting especially the staff around the main pool bar during the day !!! Honestly feel like they were still so much we didn’t get time to do so I will be returning next year, with the husband this time ??
