  This hotel is amazing! So much to do. We travelled with 4 small kids and they absolutely loved kids club!   Anniversary Celebtation

  From the moment we arrived in the posh club we were treated like friends and family. Check in was effortless and shown to our swim up room which was immaculate and well stocked. We found the food in the posh club to be of the highest standard with presentation and taste excellent. Chefs Ibrahim and Karm should be given a Michelin star, the Asian restaurant was also very good both service and taste. The barmen in the posh club bar treated us so well with Mohammed on night shift always bringing us a coffee with in minutes from arriving at the pool area. He was polite and friendly and very professional. The service from the Posh club restaurant and staff was outstanding. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary there and from the second we arrived Mr Ahmed Maher ensured we experienced a night that we would never forget. It wasn't just our anniversary where we were made to feel special, Mr Maher checked up on us daily and arranged our evening meal. He even arranged an Egyptian meal experience in the Posh club that was was not on the menu and a floating breakfast on the morning. Wonderfull.Nice touches like the management team walking around and speaking to guests to check if everything is fine.The call buttons on the tables on Posh club was a feature I have never seen and takes things to a different level. Tried a couple of times for champagne.The Friday cocktail evening we enjoyed very much meeting other guests and hotel management.The thing that makes this sunrise hotel special for us is simply how we feel when we leave the hotel. The answer here is we don’t want to leave because the way we have been made to feel and how we have been treated. We can't wait to return later in the year and a huge thank you to Mr Ahmed Maher, Issac, Mohammed, Fares, Ahmed, Elsaied, Tamer, El Bayoumy, Ibrehim, Karm,Mr Wallied and Karam.   I had a wonderful stay at White Hills Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. I would especially like to thank Talal for his outstanding service. He was very professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. His excellent attitude and hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.   Lovely holiday

  A lovely resort with excellent accommodation. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Excellent meals with a wide variety of world choices. 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach where you can scuba or snorkel amongst the fish and other sea life. We had a couple of minor medical issues - cut foot and child's nose bleed lifeguards were on it straight away and very professional. Good entertainment throughout the day and evening provided by very hard working staff who were great with the kids.   Disappointing management and dishonesty regarding room allocation

  I am highly disappointed with my experience at White Hills Resort. The service only improved after I posted a negative review on Google, which shows they only care about their public image, not the actual guest experience. Furthermore, the reception placed me in a room with an incredibly low sink (under 1 meter high). When I questioned this, Mr. Islam explicitly lied to me, claiming that "all rooms are like this." I later discovered they placed me in a handicap/accessible room without my consent, despite the fact that I never requested a special needs room. Transparency and honesty are clearly lacking here.
