Location

This attractive hotel is just a few minutes from Naama Bay, the highlight of Sharm El Sheikh. After driving through the grandiose gates of the resort, guests will find themselves entering an area designed to exist in perfect harmony with the purity of mountain and desert landscapes. The beach bungalows are on a completely separate part of the resort and are located in the Hadaba area, by the private sandy beach of resort.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 5 suites, 18 apartments, 36 studios, 27 single rooms and 243 double rooms located in a 3-storey main building and 3 auxiliary buildings. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The club has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a projector.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For guests' convenience, units include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Other features include a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (for a fee). Slippers are included. The bathrooms have a shower, a bathtub and a baby bath. A hairdryer and bathrobes are provided. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

The freshwater pool complex includes heated outdoor pools and a children's area. Pure relaxation in the hot tub, fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball and horse riding. With water skiing, kitesurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, banana boat rides, snorkelling, diving, water aerobics and aquafit available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Subject to charge: a spa. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café, a bar and a pub. Guests can indulge their palates at the non-smoking restaurant, which features air conditioning and a separate area for smokers. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for lunch). Special culinary options, such as vegetarian dishes, are also available. The club also offers snacks. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    First time at the hotel, and a great stay.We were 4 adults and 2 children age 14 and 10.Waterpark was great, good selection of slides.Good selection of food, and children managed to find something they enjoyed.Carlos and George looked after us at yhe main pool bar, and Bishoy at the bar near our room.Mina was fab in the restaurant, as were lots of staff. So attentive and willing to help.Foam party was such good fun but dont expect alot from the evening entertainment.Booked via Falcon for trips, and transfer who were use each time, and great, as always.Downside to the hotel, photographers! Massage, trip and tattoo sellers asked once and thst was it, and weren't rude. Photographers did keep at us and so expensive! Wanted £150 for 25 photos, which would be sent via Whats App! They need to have a price list and show at the beginning. Aside from that, great holiday.     Good hotel and complex, clean, tidy with good food.Never visited beach via their transport, accessibility to this seem uncertain.Food was good, not excellent, choice was limited, but what was there was good quality. Limited seats when busy so did have to wait on two occasions, but waiters do try to find you seats.Pool area was clean and bar staff bring you drinks, and unlike some places in Egypt there is no ask or pressure for tips.Evening bars was good. Inside the bar could do with some more comfortable seats, especially since limited seating outside. Went in November, so was quieter, but could imagine some areas are a bit crowded in peak season.Very good value in November, unsure if be worth peak season prices?     Lovely hotel tainted by one staff member

    We moved from another hotel to this one and and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The food was up there with the best I've experienced in any hotel. Staff were also very friendly apart from one very rude staff member who carried a Macaw bird around photographing people. He would constantly harrace my partners 13 yr old daughter making her feel very uncomfortable, despite us asking him to leave her alone multiple times. He tried it again on our last day and again we told him to shove off. His response was unacceptable.... 'Why' he said with an attitude.     Not a good Xperience

    Stayed at Xperience Kiroseiz Parkland in Sharm El Sheikh and unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing.One of the biggest issues was the all-inclusive policy ending at 12pm on checkout day, even though our flight wasn’t until 11:30pm that night. This meant we were expected to pay extra for food and drinks for the rest of the day, which didn’t feel fair at all.Hygiene was also a concern. Plastic “single-use” cups and straws were clearly being reused — cups were misshapen from dishwashing and some straws appeared to have looked chewed. That’s really not acceptable and raises serious concerns.There was also a third-party company on site with a macaw parrot and we noticed they only approached women or single female guests, completely ignoring families and couples. It felt uncomfortable and unprofessional.The food was another letdown. Very limited options, especially if you’re English. Honestly, I’d be concerned bringing children as there didn’t seem to be much they’d eat beyond chips.Overall, this felt much closer to a 3-star experience rather than what was advertised. Not the standard we expected from an all-inclusive resort and we wouldn’t return.
