  The hotel style is an ancient and unique. The spa and gym are very good. Employees are so kind and helpful. The food quality, quantity and verity are very good, also the night parties were good and different at each night.

  Stayed beginning of November in this place which used to be Hyatt Regency and is right next on the beach to Sofitel and Marriott HotelsI liked the views across the bay - absolutely fantastic, you could see Jordan and Saudi Arabia I thinkOn the other side there are dramatic mountains leading towards Israel, the crossing is about 50 km awayWent training on the beach one morning, plodding along, next minute was surrounded by soldiers, who asked me to turn back into the hotel grounds as they feared for my safetyFantastic choice for breakfast buffet style, with vast variety of fresh fruit, yogurts, freshky baked breads and pattissery, cooked and cold meats, cheeses, any type of eggs you could imagine, and my favorite - freshly squeezed juices right in front of youOne day I had tomato, next day orange, and so onPity the hotel is now closed ( I believe ) as are most of the hotels on Taba Heights due to low occupancyReal shame

  Great variety of swimming pools available, lovely lagoon on the beach. Good restaurant and bar. The guards with guns are a little off putting but also makes you feel safer, the tuff tuff service was good although every time it left each hotel, a detector searched the underneath. The busy trip to and from the airport was a little uncomfortable as we were stopped several times on passport and bomb checks. The airport was definitely an eye opener.

  a wonderful hotel in Taba Heights at the Read Sea

  this hotel belonged in 2008 and 2009 when I spent two times 14 days there, to the Hyatt chain and fully honoured this world famous brand; I returned in 2015 for one week but it seems like Hyatt left Egypt as now the hotel is called Miramar Resort;despite the name change,it remains the same very special and outstanding hotel and the best of the five hotels in Taba Heights;first of all I have to mention the original architecture of Nubian style;the hotel is like a little palace with very large and huge spaces,an imposing lobby with a big cupola ,very large floors with marble and very beautifully decorated;it consists of a big main building with more wings and then groups of smaller buldings with rooms in different places of the compound;the most luxurious are the rooms around the sweet water lagoon;inside the resort there is a huge garden with wonderful ,colourful flowers,various alleys and three swimming pools ,one Olimpic swimming pool ,one pool in front of the main building and one further down with a water fall;there is also a smaller football pitch;the beach is huge with darker sand and a very fine pool bar;unfortunately it is not allowed to go directly in the water for protecting the coral reef ,so one can go in the water only from the wooden bridge;the resort has several restaurants ,but those who have breakfast,half board or full board can eat only in the main restaurant which has a beautiful terrace too;the other restaurants are a la carte;meals are quite five star meals with a great variety at breakfast and at dinner too;they used to organize thematic dinners each evening with Chinese food,Italian food, Indian food ,etc. this place is definitely worth the money;one couldn't stay in a five star hotel in a big city in Europe,the US ore elsewhere with this money;
