I think the place needs an update to make it more efficient. The check-in should have the ability to do it through an application, and the food reservation times should be done through the application. Also, all of the entertainment and activities in the areas should be advertised there.The liquor served in the bar area is of very low quality, and the food is also very basic. The rooms are nice because they are big and it has lots of space, but the two rooms I got were not that clean, and the toilets and shower did not drain correctly The distances between one place and another, like from the room to the swimming pool, are often far, so it would be nice to make things more efficient and faster. Overall, the place is ok, but not great or recommended, as we all should, even though the beach area is great and beautiful

I’m really disappointed with my experience here. We’ve been waiting since 9 AM and were told we’d be ready by 3, then 4… and now it’s 4:40 with no clear update. We’re hungry, frustrated, and haven’t been offered any accommodations or support. On top of that, we can’t even grab food because of dress restrictions, which just adds to the situation.At this point, it feels like there’s a lack of communication and care for guests. I honestly wouldn’t recommend staying here. The only positive so far has been the free drinks, but unfortunately that doesn’t make up for everything else.

I have travelled the world and have also worked in many different countries. The Decameron in El Salvador offered one of the best hot stone massages that I have experienced. If you are staying at the Decameron do not miss the opportunity to experience a world renowned massage. Highly recommended!

Maintenance is desperately needed

I have been to this resort three times and the quality has considerably declined over the years. It was the first time my partner was visiting so I wanted to have a really good place to end our vacation but it has been disappointing. The resort clearly needs maintenance, the balcony rail has mold everywhere and it is broken, the food options are very limited and every time we asked questions we didn’t really get a clear answer even when we checked in the wrong information was provided. If I had known the resort state I would had booked my stay in a different place with better facilities.
