  Hotel stay for winter break

  - [ ] The hotel staff member on arrival check in at 10pm was nice and friendly however he gave me and my partner beds that was 2 separate and we had asked for a double ( had to ask to have the beds put together with mattress) - [ ] Room was ok but not much space to put your clothes at all 1 shelf and a small wordrobe to hang clothes. It did have a safe but no fridge my friends room did - [ ] Apparently some rooms do some don’t so best ask - [ ] Room was clean but l didn’t like the bedding as l quite often got electricity shocks when getting in and it mad me a bit itchy so l wasn’t impressed with that - [ ] Room service does not clean your coffee cups up even if you ask for a room clean which l think is bad it looks like they just made the bed and that’s it no clean of the table tops bedside tables. What you paying for? I quit often do not get my room cleaned but if l do l do expect it to get done properly - [ ] Breakfast was on appearance looked good with a very good selection, unfortunately the hot food was not always hot at all- [ ] Which was a shame, the fist day the scrambled eggs over cooked and cold cold backed beans and under cooked fatty bacon - [ ] The next day the scrambled eggs eggs was better less over cooked but still food not worm - [ ] Coffee is ok but fruit juice is not good - [ ] Staff could do with a smile on their faces and a bit more friendly when l asked for my bacon to be cooked more it seemed like it was a big problem but she did get it done but still needed to be cooked more but felt like l better not ask again as it’s very fatty - [ ] Thought the hotel had a sauna but it’s away from the hotel and was not cheap to use so that was a disappointment - [ ] Was ok to get wine outside and drink in the lobby part as- [ ] No bar, had to use champagne flutes for wine glasses as they didn’t have any for us to use - [ ] The hotel is about 20 mins to the old town so not to bad and uber is not expensive as well

  Good price, decent room, not the cleanest. (Slight dissapointment)

  The location was good. Rooms were ordinary. Atmosphere was decent. Value for money was the best thing about this hotel. It was decently priced and a easy place to stay at when visiting Tallinn. Had no problems at all with the noise levels and service. The cleanliness was the big downside of the hotel room. There were hairs under the blankets when we took them off. Blankets were also stained. The shower looked dirty. Also needed to unclog the shower so it wouldn't flood completely. I gave feedback to the hotel and they apologized and explained that cleanliness is their top priority. Would say a good budget hotel, but they should prioritize keeping the place clean instead of just saying it.

  We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Tallinn. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful – they gladly agreed to switch our breakfast time, and even though we hadn’t checked in yet, they allowed us to have breakfast and comfortably wait on the sofa near the reception 🥰 We were also informed that our room was ready earlier than scheduled, which was a very pleasant surprise. A big thank you to the entire staff – we would definitely love to come back again!

  Good location, we walked everywhere from the hotel. Staff were generally friendly, with only one exception.We had a superior room, plenty of space, including a living room type area and spa bath. Rooms nice and clean.Breakfast fine, plenty of choice.Downsides though are there is no hotel bar, not a massive issue, but does mean you need to bear this in mind if you want a nightcap as no bars right near to the hotel. Also, if you are planning on leaving your luggage, they may not have room!! We had to leave ours at the hotel a couple of minutes walk away as they said their luggage room was full, which was unexpected for a city hotel.Overall though, was fine for our needs, as we were out seeing the city most of the time.

  We stayed here for 3 nights before Christmas. Check in was quick as we arrived about 19.20 pm our room was excellent large enough for the 3 of us. Room was very clean the bathroom was large we had a little fridge in our room so we could keep some drinks cold. The breakfast was very nice lots of choices we loved our stay here. If you have the bolt app you can book a taxi to take you wherever you want the prices are very good and the taxi is with you very quickly. So we used it many times when it was raining
