  I had a wonderful stay at Ramadan Addis Hotel and would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality.From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with any request. The doormen and security team also made a great impression with their attentiveness and courtesy, helping me feel safe and well taken care of throughout my stay.A special thank you goes to the room cleaning staff, who did an exceptional job every day. The room was always spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained — their hard work truly made a difference in my experience.I would also like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Tizita, the server at the hotel bar and restaurant. Her gracious and professional service truly stood out. Her kindness, attention to detail, and warm attitude made every interaction enjoyable and memorable.Overall, the level of service across all departments was excellent. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making my stay so pleasant. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

  Ramada Hotel came in as a surprise in my list of choices, decided to give it a try and viola!!! The gem behind the service and professionalism is on another level. If I ever wanted to understand who Ethiopia is? I’ll always go to Ramada Hotel, they give the best of who ET is. The roof top Fogo Chao makes you feel the original African Cuisine! The bar and the service managers are on top, thanks to Lady Hareg Yohannes who I could tell loves what she does, loves being a Ramada! The Customer care at Ramada is on a special level, it’s a feel at home away from home.Shall be back, not once but every opportunity I ever utilize.

  Wonderful stay and service with inhouse Indian restaurant and Indian food by Indian chef

  Just 5 minutes from Bole international airport (International and Domestic both at same location terminal).Hotel shuttle is available for international and domestic transfers with hotel logo on vehicle for easy and trusted service.Wonderful spacious rooms and bathroom with proper jet / hand shower wash. Staff extremely helpful. Indian food veg/ nonveg available with local and other continental food. Indian restaurant is available in the hotel and Indian chef Mr. Rohan is wonderful and can make all Indian food at your demand also alongwith all Indian Manu, even at morning 5 am they can pack parcel if any morning flight to catch.Indian tea is a bit subject but they can make and cook the milk with tea bag that also with masala Ginger chai/tea, and make almost a good Indian tea.The only suggestion is Hotel must have to purchase indian tea , so the many Indians who booked and stay in hotel can feel 100% satisfaction with Authentic Indian tea. And other staff can learn the same way to make an Indian way of Tea making from chef Rohan other than his duty hours...All other amenities are good and nearby Indian restaurant KONARK (a best Indian food all veg and nonveg with Authentic taste with all India staff and superb place) is just 2 to 4 minutes on walk just opposite to the hotel.
