The hotel has 494 non-smoking rooms, including 5 suites, 47 single rooms and 408 double rooms, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by 3 lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     Great location, nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Regular housekeeping was provided which is rare these days, and the bathroom was nice with a heated floor. Location is in the center of Helsinki and walkable to museums and shopping, transportation, and everything you want. After a terrible experience at Toolo Towers that led us to checkout early, this hotel was a lifesaver!     The hotel is centrally located in Helsinki, with short walking distances to many places, including the railway station. The rooms are quite small and the elevators also. The self-service check-in system didn’t work when we arrived, but despite the queue, we were able to check in quickly at the reception. The service was good.This hotel is a Helsinki classic, but the interior could use some updating. After the visit, I had to contact the hotel by phone, and it took several attempts before I was able to reach a customer service representative. Although everything was handled well in the end, it would be nice not have to call multiple times.     Great central location close to many attractions, walking distance from main train station, helpful staff and great breakfast. Liked the design of the lobby.     A horror experience. The staff was very rude, which ruined my stay. They make me feel like a criminal than a hotel quest. Compared to this, a smaller but significant thing, air conditioning was nonexistent. I could not sleep well in the heat, and after a morning shower, the room was like a steam sauna. A maintenance person saved the situation by opening a (locked) window, and I just took a new shower to be able to get dressed for work (after waiting for extra two hours). And this was September in Finland, not even a hot season.
