    This was our third visit at Quality hotel Sveitsi. The location is mindblowing and there are plenty of acticities to choose from. At least in theory and during peak holiday season. Unfortunately, the reason why the experience was not quite as good was largely related to the extremely poor performance of the Strawberry chain’s systems. Managing the hotel reservation was only possible by calling the chain’s head office in Sweden. Much of the information was outdated, and the application was essentially unusable, as no changes or actions could be made through it. We had to pay extra to fix the dates though the hotel felt half-empty during the visit.During the stay the breakfast on monday was seemingly not as fresh as the day before. Also, the restaurant was closed on Sunday. They had also limited the number of free visits to swimming hall unlike during past visits.They also didn't tell us about any advantages included to the app. During our last visit they strongly advised to get the Strawberry application but next time (if there will be one) I will use booking.com to guarantee communication with the hotel in case of changes, etc.We got our room upgrated to Deluxe room which was a nice suprise, though. The hotel's biggest challenge is to keep up their own level.

    Perfect convenience and activities nearby for a father-son mini getaway. Great hospitality from the staff accompanied by a tasty F&B Experience.There is SO much to do! Movie theater, Super Park, Spa, Skiing center just to mention a few. Recommend to stay more than one night to enjoy all the activities.     Never before have I encountered a situation with a hotel, where changing the date of the visit has been impossible. The terms were written multiple times, but only once the 48h was mentioned. My bad for wanting to pay upfront, but I would have paid a fair amount to change the date. Now I know to avoid these Strawberry hotels in the future.

    Room disappointing and not worth the money

    Disappointing room that was extremely hot (no possibility to adjust) and very expensive (160 e). I would really avoid the Economy Play rooms as they are connected to the inside playground (not only having a view to an inner courtyard as advertised but actually having the playground on the other side of the window). There is thus no possibility to keep the curtains open and no window to open. Unfortunately there was also no decaf coffee to be had even from the reception at least in the evening. The breakfast was tasty enough but very limited in selection. The restaurant was cozy and ok enough but obviously it would be sensible to book ahead of time since we were able to only get the last table despite it being a regular Wednesday evening and not even the most popular dining time.

    Room was very disappointing, chair had some suspicious marks. Playstation didn't work, plenty of dust.
