    I have always liked my stay at Aviacongress (as at Aviapolis next door). This time, too. Very convenient when travelling to and from the airport. Friendly service, clean and spacious standard room, excellent restaurant and free shuttle to and from the airport. I highly recommend this hotel!

    Booked this hotel for one night to stay close to airport plus it has a free shuttle service.Staff in the reception are nice. The initial impression as we walked towards the room … “cell block H” …. then as we got into the room, honestly it looked like a hostel room, basic twin beds and basic IKEA furniture, it would be depressing to stay more than one night! It wasn’t very clean, the toilet needed to be flushed when we walked in (my hubby flushed without thinking otherwise I would’ve showed it), which made we check the bedding and as I lifted the mattress it had stains on it.. sheets looked ok. We had driven nearly 3 hours and it was late and we were hungry, in hindsight we could’ve complained but honestly I didn’t have high hopes and was too tired. We went to the restaurant which is equally unimpressive .. ordered burgers and fries (fries don’t come with the burger, you have to buy them separately which is crazy). One waiter on and he was obviously busy as we witnessed some dishes sit on the counter waiting for them to be picked up. The food came after awhile and it wasn’t overly hot.. but was edible. We also ordered two coffees and he told us it would be 10 minutes, we did wonder why but then noticed he went around a corner so obviously had to make the coffee.. i checked it when he eventually returned and he confirmed this, in fairness he did give it to us for free and was pleasant, he told us it was his last day at work there.. We got up early to get the 6am shuttle bus, please note the bus doesn’t seem to get there on time from what we witnessed, I noticed the previous time bus pulling out late and equally our appointed time bus arrived 9 minutes late.. so if you’re stuck for time, get the earlier one!Overall, would definitely not recommend and will not return!

    Kind, serviceminded, helpful staff in the reception. Excellent beds with a soft but stable support made my sleep good even with chronic back pain. Fridge on the room but no water boiler in the room. My room was on 3rd floor, there was a microwave & hot water in the corridor. Breakfast was ok but nothing more. I really missed a good espresso in the morning

    Out family loved our stay and the staff at the breakfast was fun, polite and entertaining. Shoutout to the waiter working at breakfast during 28th - 30th Jan and showing magic tricks to the children.

    The hotel is near the airport, Free bus service for the airport is very useful and available day and night.Breakfast start at 6 am but there is another Scandic 100m far from this where you can have breakfast from 4 am.Rooms are clean and quite. Overall experience was very good
