Location

There are excellent public transport connections in all directions. The warm and welcoming hotel is located right next to the Pasila railway station and offers easy access to everywhere in town. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     We stay at the Scandic Pasila hotel several times a year as it is close to where our family lives. We are always greeted by friendly staff. It's near to the station and a tram stops outside. It is good value for money, no frills but clean and practical. The breakfast buffet is always very good.

    I expected a comfortable stay, but it was just a bit nicer than I imagined. Location very close to the railway station and a big mall. Clean and modern room, pleasant-smelling shower supplies. Environmentally conscious. Fine pillows, easy to sleep with. I did need earplugs because the tram route is right beside the hotel. Breakfast was filling, I liked the sweet desserts best. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant twice, the waiters were friendly and I got a very nice wine recommendation. The dish of the month (salmon burger) was so good I still dream about it.     The hotel is located close to the train station, bus connections and tram traffic. A large shopping mall nearby with something for everyone. There is a good playground for children 200 meters away from the hotel. A basic hotel suitable for sleeping and a decent breakfast.

    Everything works, nothing wrong there. Overall a shabby place. Breakfast a bit crammed and the personnel could not keep up with the demand on the rush hour.
