Location

Located at the heart of Helsinki, this hotel lies within metres of the nearest bus stop as well as from a shopping centre. The train station is 5 minutes walk away and the airport may be reached in 20 minutes by car.

Facility

The hotel has 360 non-smoking rooms, including 10 single rooms, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by 4 lifts. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garage is available for parking. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry.     Really good hotel close to Central Station. The roof top bar is definitely worth a visit for the amazing views.

    We arrived around 1pm. Apparently check in is not until 4pm and to get into your room earlier, despite it being ready for occupation, there was a €20 charge. Never had that before, but we paid up just to get access. We were on Floor 5. The twin room was cheaply appointed and no kettle or tea & coffee in the room. There was a good sized free to use safe. Small pay for mini bar. Bathroom had a walk-in shower and okay toiletries. Good quality sheets and not bad towels. We each had a tiny, tiny bed side table. Hardly enough room for a glass of water to rest on. Lighting not particularly bright. You need to book a breakfast time slot at check in or do it online each day. The breakfast was surprisingly good for such a large hotel with plenty of choices, both hot and cold. Lovely wait staff too. Excellent location. You can get the hotel lift directly down to the Kampii Shopping Centre which also has a plethora of eateries, and a K Supermarket. The trams stop right outside the hotel and we made good use of Tram 2 which goes to Market Square. It is no more a 10 minute walk to the Central Train Station for trains to the airport and further afield. Public transport is first class and easy to use.The hotel is in a great location and a good choice if you don’t mind the rooms’ budget decor. (Five stars for location & breakfast but only 2.5 for the room itself.)

    Worst managed hotel in Helsinki

    I have stayed at this hotel May/16/2026. The hotel management allows parties at the rooms, so you can’t sleep. I was at room 543 and a party at room 542 happened all night long. I have complained, but hotel management has not stopped the party.
