The hotel is located in Levi resort in the western Lapland region of Finland, 170 km north of Rovaniemi and the Arctic Circle. The hotel is located only 300 m from the village centre of Levi. The ski area is around 300 m from the hotel.

Guests have a choice of a junior suite, 11 suites, 16 apartments and 129 double rooms located in a 4-storey main building and a 2-storey auxiliary building.
