We stayed in the Lapland Suite with sauna. The hotel is very good, especially for skiers, as the ski slopes and lifts are right next to it. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and cozy, with comfortable beds and warm bedding. An additional oil-filled radiator can be provided upon request.There is no light pollution since the hotel is located at the top of a hill, so the Aurora can be seen from the rooftop terrace when the sky is clear.It is quite far from Santa Village, and there is no regular or shuttle bus service, so the main options are a taxi (around €40 one way), Uber, or renting a car. Everything you need for nice relaxing hotel.

This hotel is not glamorous from outside, but inside the rooms are nice and new. We were visiting with our dogs and had excellent room outside the hotel. Plenty on room, sauna included. Breakfast is always great on Lapland hotels as it was also in this time. And if you love downhill skiing, slopes start right next to hotel. Great room with a. Sauna. Very frequently staff. Only one restaurant and menu repeats itself in limited room service, so take snacks. Missed opportunity in very limited food offering in the lobby - a pizza oven in the kitchen will print money. Finland is expensive, so beware. Saw the Northern Lights from the hotel’s roof terrace, so everything else pales into insignificance compared to that. The Sarduakar-like soundtrack of traditional “music” is a bit much. Top Notch Hotel off the Beaten Path

We picked this hotel base on prior experience at the Lapland Boulivardi in Helsinki. Rooms were well maintained and staff helpful and friendly. This hotel is outside of town at the top of the ski lift of a local ski resort. Nice restaurant for dinner and varied selections for the complimentary buffet breakfast. Full service bar in the lobby including snacks and lunch selections. The lobby has a fireplace and several seating areas. There is also a rooftop area to view the night sky if you are lucky enough to experience the northern lights. Because the hotel is outside of town there was no place to easily walk in the winter but taxis were as prevalent as they are in Manhattan. We also found the cabs were easy to hail with an app and were well integrated with Uber also. The hotel recommended these taxi companies. We used 2 of 3 of them and the drivers were all helpful, friendly, and spoke limited English (having an app helps with the language barrier). Winter wonderland

Stayed here as a family of 6 (grandchildren 6 and 9) as part of the Tui Forest Heights Lapland trip.Location perfect for us lovely forest setting plenty of sledging, playing in the snow and walking in the snowy forest. Easy access for the campfire which has seating and logs available for toasting marshmallows etc. Walking distance to the local ice hockey stadium and outdoor play area. 30 minute walk to Rovaniemi town centre or plenty of taxis available. The indoor seating / bar area is small but we spent most of our time outdoors. Room warm comfy beds nice big shower beautiful toiletries. Tea coffee available also a hairdryer. Hooks for outdoor clothing would be useful. We really enjoyed the breakfast evening meal was also a buffet style we didn't go hungry but would have liked more vegetarian soups Homemade bread amazing.
