    We stopped her just for some rest and drinks one very hot summers day this August. The location is great, and i really thought that the bar and restaurant was very beautiful. The staff we talked to was very friendly and welcoming, and the bathrooms for guests was clean albeit very small and the stalls were super tight. Might not be able to turn around in there if you are very plus sized. Other than that it was a great pit stop for sure!

    Quiet clean great interior. A good breakfast. Clean and tidy, spacious rooms, hood beds.A good hotel to stay. Free parking in front of te main entrance. The best location in town.So not go to theon restaurant/ pub at the harbour - it doesn’ t have the same standards

    The hotel is very old, and the beds are very uncomfortable. The staff in the breakfast hall are extremely rude, even disrespectful. The room we stayed in was also very cold.The first night, we had dinner at the hotel; it wasn’t very tasty. In short, I don’t recommend staying here.

    Just a transit stop for us, but staff went above and beyond

    We didn’t see much of the hotel as we arrived late and left early for the pre-dawn flight out of Kemi-Tornio airport. But I want to thank the staff for accommodating our late check-in, arranging the taxi to the airport the next morning and providing to go breakfasts. The hotel is an easy walk from the Kemi train station, even late at night in a January snowstorm as it was for us. The hotel itself is a well-maintained time capsule from the mid-twentieth century, which seemed charming to us during our very brief stay. I can mostly just speak to the staff who went above and beyond beyond to facilitate our transit stop.

    I had a great stay in this very traditional hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Anna was always on hand to help with the language barrier.My room was clean and tidy with the extra bonus of a sauna.
