    Worst hotel in Scandic chain. Cannot reserve e-car loading station. When you arrive at 10 pm you find that out of two (2) ! electric loading stations second is broken. Stayed two nights hotel could not fix that. Impossible to get any people on phone from the desk. From restaurant I got different receipt than invoice. Apparently my tip was not included in receipt. Rooms are terrible and food also even prices are on top level.

    The hotel is elegant with big lobby and spacious rooms. The rooms are well furnished and cleanly maintained. The place is near to Rovaniemi and Santa Village.     Very friendly and helpful staff even we arrived in the middle of the night. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good. Thank you!     There was a flight cancelled so Finnair booked us in this hotel and I am usually a scandic member so it was all good but pipes were frozen so I couldn’t shower and couldn’t flush toilet and couldn’t use the sink either so you can imagine the enjoyment Scandic Kemi, General Manager at Scandic Kemi, responded to this review Hello!Thank you for visiting us and writing this review, feedback is always important to us.We are very sorry that you had such a bad experience. Fortunately the freezing of pipes is not a problem we have frequently, first time in 34 years, so it was an unforeseen problem.
