The place has everything going for it, with various amenities and services. The breakfast is very good.Victim of a theft at the pool, the culprit was finally found (the next day) but there was no follow-up or gesture from the establishment.Enduring such humiliation, making a gesture would have been a minimum compensation. Inevitably, the night was unsettled, and going through this experience can only make the stay negative (walking back barefoot to the room...). The scenario finally proposed by management makes no sense at all...Thanks all the same to the security teams for their attempt to handle the situation; they were top-notch.Question regarding the surveillance cameras: the camera suddenly stopped for 3 minutes, during the theft, even though it had been working all day... Surely just bad luck. It took the culprit returning to the accommodation and me confronting him the day before for me to realize the theft had been committed.Furthermore, the clientele is very mixed, with some very shady individuals and very noisy guests (calls with insults until 1 a.m.... Naturally, it echoes.You only have to look... We pay more to avoid this type of person; it will be somewhere else next time.Thanks also to the reception staff for their kindness. A scandalous welcome

We returned from dinner at 1 a.m. We heard noise and headed toward the open-air café to go see the atmosphere. There, a "bouncer" kicked us out because we arrived with a bottle of water in hand (after days at 104 degrees), yelling at us because "they aren't taking anyone else and it closes in 20 min," then told us that "it's a private party," even though we are from the hotel and came to see the party that was happening there. We were rejected from the place for no reason and without having done anything. It's a scandalous welcome for guests, and even more so having done nothing. Would not recommend. We were looking for a calming place outside the city close to the airport. We were coming from another location 2 hours north. Upon arrival we were informed that the restaurant was not available and there was no room service. Nearest dinner restaurant 25 minutes away driving, which defeated the purpose of staying away from the city. We did not asleep at all. This hotel has a nightclub atmosphere blasting music until 2am. The room walls are paper thin. Definitely there was nothing relaxing about our stay.

Good location, bothersome booking experience

The location in a forested undeveloped area is great. Good location if you want to walk in the "forest" or is a visitor at CEREGE, which is a 15 min walk away through the "forest". Rooms are very standard, but everything worked and the bathroom was nice and spacious. Staff was kind. Breakfast was good and the shared facilities are attractive. However, I am not satisfied with the booking experience: There are way too many options available and the difference between them is not clear. I booked a nonreimbursable B&B rate which was a bit cheaper on the booking page, but ended up being charged the full list price with breakfast billed separately. So "B&B" does not mean bed and breakfast here. I pointed this out afterwards by e-mail, and have had no reply from the hotel at this time (2-3 days later).
