  This is a truly wonderful hotel. It is very well maintained, the rooms are bright and spacious, and the team is amazing - every single member of the team who I interacted with were warm and beyond helpful. I ate at the restaurant as well as in the bar, and would recommend both - it is some of the best food I have had in a long time, and I am fortunate to be used to very good restaurants. There is another review here saying to avoid the rooms facing the street, and I would disagree. I was in room 6, and I am a very light sleeper but found it very quiet and peaceful. It was not my first time in Aix, but it was my first time at Villa Saint Ange, and I now cannot imagine staying anywhere else.

  A truly beautiful hotel in manicured pretty gardens . The service is exceptional, thank you to all the staff who couldn’t do enough for us.. really first class. The food in the restaurant is exceptional and the atmosphere magical. Bravo

  The Romantic escape you dream about..

  Imagine being whisked away into a toasty, comfortable world where you escape the mundane elements of your day to day life. Tucked away in a quiet countryside manor in Provence my wife found this gem of a boutique hotel. The Villa Saint Ange, has a charm that begins with the staff, from our valet Quinten who greeted us and took care of our car and luggage, to Emma who checked us in and toured us through the hotel and to our suite. The property has an air of history, the rooms and art are authentic, the food exceptional even the pastries (Madeleines) with coffee were exceptional. It's as if we traveled back in time. Aix en Provence is an amazing village and everything is walkable from the Saint Ange including the gravesite of Paul Cézanne the impressionist artist. The weekend market was amazing, the restaurants and shops were delightful and we even managed a massage during our stay but the real treasure was the hotel itself. It's a quiet serene escape that allowed us to drift away from the world and recharge. I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for our escape and to those who celebrated our 30 years of bliss in a sanctuary of simple pleasure. Thank you
