  This hotel is very well situated next to the lake and old town. The rooms are clean, comfortable and with either a nice view of the lake or the town. The staff was very friendly and helpful, put out refreshments in the afternoon (treats, frozen drinks and flavored water). This hotel is committed to sustainability, which is nice. The provide a reusable glass water bottle with hydration stations on each floor. My only critique would be the breakfast. There were lots of options, including cereals, breads/pastries, meats, crepes, pancakes, etc. My issue was the flies around the pastries and meats. I realize it sometimes cannot be helped, and this was honestly the only somewhat negative thing about the stay. I would still highly recommend staying here, and would stay here again!   We had a great experience all around. From check-in to check out, complementary mini bar, the space we had, the bathroom amenities, the lighting in the room, the bed linens, service, as well as the breakfast and the afternoon treats (such as pastries and ice cream in the lobby) were a nice touch. Location can’t be beat. I’m a savvy traveler and I’m picky and I don’t really have a complaint. Well maybe one: I wish the AC would work a little better. There’s a limit on how low you can set it, and during a major European el Nino heat wave, we would have loved the room colder! That said, I would absolutely book it again!   From the moment we walked in, the first thing you could notice was the warm smiles of the reception team as they greeted us. Nothing but exceptional service, exceptional location, and exceptional rooms. Nothing only this but the breakfast too was brilliant! The serene atmosphere really added to the experience of our hotel, with the reception being stocked with detox water, and mini-beignets available as well. The hotel reception staff were able to make amazing recommendations from what to do and where to eat. When the weather took a turn for the worse, and it began to rain, they kindly stocked us with umbrellas for our entire family. The hotel room was brilliant, perfectly cleaned on every occasion, with no cause for concern. There were little occasions if any where we could hear any loud noises or shouting from other rooms, and even if there were, it would not have been the fault of the hotel. Very good value - even offered us paddle boards to use. Lake Annecy is amazingly clear and a must-do part of Annecy. The rooms were very good, especially for the brilliant location, and lovely balcony with the cover to prevent it getting wet, brilliant atmosphere surrounding us, and very cheap/ good value for this exceptional hotel!   A simply superb visit to a gorgeous place

  My wife and I stayed here for three nights at the end of May. We had an amazing time. Our room was 506 and was just perfect. A balcony overlooking the lake and mountains and a very comfy bed. The entire hotel’s decor is superb and our room was the same. Complimentary mini fridge was a nice touch and refilled each day. It is a perfect location near to the lake and the old town. The staff were all very helpful, polite and clearly enjoyed their jobs. We had breakfast each day and there was always a varied choice including eggs, bacon, meats, cheese, cereal, breads, jam and honey. Annecy itself is just so beautiful and would recommend to anyone, and an easy 30 minute commute to Geneva airport. If you’re heading to Annecy, you must book this hotel, you will not be disappointed. Our highlight was hiring bikes and going on a 40km lap of the beautiful lake. Only one strady hill, bit just take your time. So many places to stop at, take photos and drink in the sureoundings. Make sure you go in a clockwise direction so you go down the steep hairpin bends and not up them!   Excellent location, very friendly staff. The room is comfy but small. Matress is very good but air condition is set to 25 oC during summer. It's not possible to reduce the temperature even with the - 3 oC option they say the air conditioner has. It's a general problem in France.
