  We booked through Expedia and made a mistake with the dates which the hotel was not able to rectify so unfortunately we ended up paying for a night we were not there. We stayed for 4 nights. We were on the 7th floor. The room had quite a small window but the ambient lighting helped. The view was overlooking the other flats and mountains in the distance. The room was immaculate. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. There was an Italian school party at the hotel but we never heard a peep from them. On the day they left they helped themselves to lots of breakfast items clearly for their lunch but the hotel coped marvellously. We also ate there one evening and had an amazing steak. The staff were very polite and spoke excellent English.   Missing coat rack

  I have booked two rooms for 3 nights at Moxy. The room I got No 512 have no place(no rack) to hang your coats and only available place is inside the shower room where you suppose to hang your towels. I went down to the front desk and ask if other room is available and was told all room are like this. I know for a fact this is a lie as the second room I got have a proper coat rack.   Poor Services and Cleaning

  I've been a Marriott Titanium member for over 34 years, and recently I've noticed a general decline in service, while prices continue to rise. Specifically, at this Moxy Annecy, the carpet and elevator floor were incredibly dirty, while my bathroom smelled terrible; it hadn't seen soap and water in a long time. Another problem is the welcome drink: they only gave it to one guest. My wife didn't get one. I asked for a bottle of water, but they refused. Only drinks from the bar are free!
