Great trendy and fun place to stay

Great location close to the city centre. The atmosphere is very trendy and fun. They do theme events daily and I have never seen that before. Cool games area and there's also an area of kids. Rooms are a bit small for two people with luggage. Mine was fine...just wish I had a cupboard for the luggages. What I didn't like was that there wasn't a safe in the room. That needs to be considered. The hotel is very clean...staff were excellent. Big shout out to Noemie, Maya and Tom who worked the bar, reception and night reception. Incredible people....Tom ajwats greeted me with my name when he saw me. That was the unique! The girls were lovely and kind. Hotel is quiet, great WiFi and the amenities were great. Highly recommend! A very pleasant stay

Midway between the train station and the historic downtown (both walkable from the hotel), this a well-designed modern hotel with lovely staff. The room was large by European standards, very clean, with a good shower and a really comfortable bed. Free coffee and lemon-infused cold water for all in the lobby, plus an outdoor seating area and even a library. Highly recommended! Pleasant stay with wonderful staff

Hotel is clean and pleasant, staff were so helpful and kind, location is convenient to/from the train station, and the breakfast was great. Walking about Annecy was wonderful--to the old town, to the Lake and along the canals. Not quiet or in the centre of the town

I wish people wrote honest reviews. This hotel is not near the middle of the town nor is it quiet. The hotel is situated on a roundabout on the main road into Annecy. It is not in a nice area of the town and at the moment a drill is blaring outside my window. There are numerous unsavoury characters around the area and it doesn’t feel particularly safe for a solo traveller. There are no transport links to the old town or the lake itself, this means long walks along ugh streets to get anywhere or an expensive taxi. The hotel while reasonably new is quite shabby and the bedroom is small and badly designed. The cleaner does her best and the staff on reception and in the bar are lovely. However the staff are all very young and when a problem arises, they don’t know what to do, Very very disappointed with this stay!!!!
