  Great design and well-trained staff

  This is a place that we would gladly have stayed longer. The staff have been very helpful and understanding. The breakfast was very good. The room was both spacious and well-prepared. There are many details that they have done a great job with, both in the design and the maintenance of the property. Definitely a place we would come back to.

  The rooms are nice and big and were very clean. The service by the staff was good and were able to help with information of the area. The parking was free and at the hotel. to get into the hotel just push the button on the intercom on the left side of the gate and they will let you in. a little pricey for the breakfast.

  This is a really nice hotel that is not in the most convenient location. More importantly, there is a super nice staff (helpful and professional), rooms of sufficient size with comfortable beds and all the standard amenities. Highly recommend if you are in Arles for a short (1-3 days) stay

  Unfortunately this is not. 4 star hotel. No restaurant and a bar that is not staffed as it should be. Breakfasts were good. Staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. Our room had the bathroom door handle coming off and the air-con did not have instructions for use.However the worst point was the door ‘key’. This had to be recoded on numerous occasions, 4 times one day, reception promised to contact the manager but doubtful this happened as other reviews point out the same problem.Yes there is plenty of parking and an indoor pool but no gardenWould not return

  I would not recommend this place. Did not listen to requests over two days to fix the tv. Did not replenish the tissue box in the bathroom as requested after housekeeping. I had a cold and used the hotel tissues and my own. Both days the key card for the door had to be reset to open the room door. Hotel staff seem disinterested. The hot food at breakfast was not hot or pleasant. The pool was lovely and the funky look is fun. The initial impression was positive but it soon went downhill.
