Residhotel Golf Avignon is a very nice place, perfectly located and easy to reach. The staff are super friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. The apartment was huge and comfortable, although the second sofa bed really needs an upgrade — not very comfortable at all.The Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, and the breakfast could use a bit more variety and quantity. Still, it was good enough to start the day.Overall, a good value for money and a relaxing place to stay. I’d definitely come back if I visit the region again!

Charming hotel with super friendly staff close to Avignon and motorway Nice surroundings (super beautiful and well taken care off), the swimming pool was small but directly accessible with sun beds.We booked the family apartment and it was huge (considering this is a 3 star hotel). The staff gave us a lot of towels and places to sleep. Everything was very clean and we also had a fridge/freezer combi. There was also a little kitchenette with a mini dishwasher (awesome!!) and basic equipment for cooking and eating. We also had a balcony.We can definitely recommend to book this hotel and if we are near Avignon we will book this hotel again!

Avoid this non business ethic hotel

**Facts:** a business without ethic will always be in trouble 1. We called the hotel directly to cancel one week in advance, as advised by the agent, to avoid a one-night cancellation fee. 2. The hotel accepted our cancellation and informed us that we had to pay the full amount to Agoda. They reassured us that they would accept our cancellation and send us a voucher valid until the end of the year. They stated the voucher would be for the full hotel rate, not a discounted Agoda rate. We followed the hotel's instructions, believing they would collect payment from Agoda. 3. The hotel took our telephone number and email, sent us the voucher, and confirmed our contact details as we live in France. 4. On the check-in date, the hotel did not contact us, despite having our email and phone number. 5. The hotel received full payment as a "no-show" due to the agreement that we had to pay the full amount. They provided us with a voucher in return. 6. When we tried to book a room at the last minute, the hotel had availability but informed us they had canceled our voucher without notifying us. 7. The hotel acted deceptively. They claimed to have contacted the agent, who confirmed the room. They knew that canceling through the agent would incur only a one-night penalty. They tricked us by issuing a voucher, leading us to believe that by paying in full, we would receive the voucher. 8. They marked our reservation as a "no-show" in their system. As a result, we paid the full amount to the hotel through the agent. Now, we cannot use the voucher. Had we known this, we would have canceled directly with the agent and paid only the one-night fee. 9. During the week when we called to cancel, we had to repeatedly request the voucher. The hotel accepted the cancellation but delayed sending the voucher until they received full payment, sending it at the last minute. Typically, an ethical hotel would accept free cancellations made seven days in advance, which we did via telephone. They misled us by issuing a voucher to secure a refund and then canceled the voucher by marking it as a "no-show" for the same booking, same date, which was already canceled. They received full payment instead of a one-night penalty. We now realize they sent the voucher late to ensure they got the full payment and used it against us.

Fully loaded kitchen supplies. Nice and clean area. Golf course surrounded. 15-20 mins driving to Avignon city center. Only bathroom needed updating.

Nice place with great in room coffee. But the heaters did not do more than blow air. The shower drain smelled, even after we asked the front desk to do something. Ended up covering it with a towel and waste bin and use the bath
