This hotel is located outside the Beaune city center (about a 5-min drive from the Hospices de Beaune), close to a business park with other hotels and restaurants. Parking is available in an attached lot. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet; there were even memory foam pillows available. The breakfast buffet was excellent (croissants, toast, mini-crêpes, sausage, scrambled eggs, cheese, yogurt and granola, coffee, and juice). Very good value for money.

Perfect hotel for a stay in Burgundy

Excellent hotel. We’ve stayed here a few times. The hotel is ideally placed close to the motorway and about a mile from centre of Beaune. The bed was extremely comfortable. We didn’t avail of breakfast as we took the short trip into Beaune for coffee and croissants. We booked for three nights but decided to stay an extra two. The staff were a credit to the hotel. They couldn’t do enough for us. Their patience, professionalism and courtesy were very evident and made our stay even more enjoyable. I look forward to our next trip to Beaune when we will undoubtedly stay in this hotel again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay in Burgundy or as a stop off by the motorway. Thank you to the staff and management for making our trip a pleasant one.

Good for its price. Clean refurbished rooms. Corridors in need of refurbishment. Good quality breakfast. Some of the choices (bread, croissants) of a better quality than we had in the 4 star grand hotel d'orange. Walking distance from Beaune city centre.

I want to emphasize this particular feature because it’s not usual. I’ll tell you our sad circumstances but first: there is H parking right by the automatic doors to reception and our room was a straight shot from there. Our key card opened the door by electronic signal. Straight through there is a door to a grassy area. To the left of that a wide door to a huge « wet » room with roll in shower, lowered sink and toilet.Our room, 002, has a king bed, etc, and five feet away against the back wall a third person single bed that is made up as a sofa. There is a full length mirror by the bathroom door.Our booking, done months ago, was non refundable as of two days ago which was no problem as things were going well at that time: but when we arrived at our Irish ferry port we found out that we would arrive in Cherbourg five hours later than the expected Noon. Beaune is over 400 km! So we got here at 3am and thanks to the night attendant Manuel, we arranged by phone a special pickup of our key. He spoke English and reassured us that we would be okay. And we are.WARNING Do not use Garmin GPS but carry a map. GARMIN took us the regular route to the Paris périphérique to A6 WHICH IS CLOSED FOR A HUGE SECTION necessitating a jammed slip road use with trucks and Paris traffic and probably forty traffic lights. THEN we were guided to Orly airport and Garmin was totally off..you could see from the road signs that the nav system was faulty.AND the A6 southbound is closed and detoured from Autun to Beaune (maybe more, I’ll find out soon enough). Being 82 I’m going to have to upgrade my tech, it’s hard, international travel using a pricey ATT iPhone.After Ireland, I’d call this hotel a bargain in a very touristic, charming Burgundian town.That’s my story: you can see why I’m grateful for this wonderful accommodation.

An excellent stay. If I could be less complimentary on anything - and it would be difficult - was the young lady at reception who i believe did not really like British -I am Scots. On payment not a pleasant word or even a receipt of account; Ah bon!!
