  The Room was Clean but the towels has a bleach smell its a nice small room perfect for a couple.The cleaners were super kind but the ladies at the reception had no respect they couldn't be bothered doing anything they would always have an attitude and call me names in french like "la putan" i dont exactly know what it means it probably doesn't mean anything they probably didn't aim it at me but just saying incase it does happen to anyone else as this was a cheap hotel i wouldnt expect much anyways otherwise it was nice and quiet Guy told us coffe was 2 euros The next day we got coffe and this lady with a crooked eye charged us 9.40 euros so i dont know what that was about if it was with tax or what instead of getting coffee there ask them to bring you sugar and coffee you get 2 coffees 2 sugars 2 milk and 2 biscuits and its only €2 FREDERIC DUMONT, General Manager at Campanile Beauvais, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.   No air con, shady characters hanging around the hotel, uncomfortable bed. My bathroom heater was also a fire risk and billowed smoke! The staff found that paper had been stuffed into it! Staff were friendly and helpful but they are extremely let down by the hotel itself. Avoid!   Poor hotel

  This hotel is very poor. There is no air con and I had no fan in my room so it was warm. The bed was clean and comfortable but the towels were rough. There was hardly enough toilet rolls and I was on my own. The shower leaked onto the floor. There was a desk and chair. Breakfast was OK, a reasonable choice but ran out of supplies. It seemed a bit dodgy in the area as one of our party in another room was offered drugs and I didn’t feel completely safe.   Good service but hotel needs an upgrade

  We have been staying at Hotel Campaniles for over 30 years - much less so in recent times as the quality of the properties have fallen sharply. Beauvais is a typical case in point. It feels that there has been little or no maintenance spend for years. Paint flaking off every surface. Wifi didn’t work. Staff were friendly and coping in this post Covid period. But the company’s owners need to find the money to invest or customers will continue to go elsewhere
