  We were on our way to Germany and stayed here for one night. This just to have a good night sleep, prepare our lunch for the next day. And we checked-out in the morning. We had a note while booking that our arrival time is based on traffic conditions. It was quite late, we knew staff would not be around. But check-in was so simple. Everything we would need (room key, WiFi details, etc) was kept with a label, easy to find. There is ample parking, the place offers some good views. Could see trains from the room with good frequency, the train stop is very close by. Overall, people are courteous, and our stay slightly exceeded our expectation.

  First of all, the cost to stay here was cheap so I understand that it was not going to be luxurious in any way. We stayed for 1 night as we were visiting Franche-Comte. The location is just outside Besançon in a residential area. Handy for the tram and a short drive into the town. The staff were friendly enough. Our room was on the bottom floor. The hallway and our room were uncomfortably hot and stuffy. There was no air con in the room and, as it was a hot day, it was an uncomfortable temperature and difficult to sleep. The room was very basic. It reminded me of student accommodation. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and we had a thin pillow each. Otherwise, the room was clean. I personally wouldn’t stay here again but if you were looking for a one night stop for a cheap price it would be fine.

  Stayed for 2 nights last week in zenitude besancon, very good quality price hotel, the staff is very helpful, clean, easy access and quiet .Will definitely come back when traveling for business. thank you !

  This was a comfy hotel with great parking. There was a kitchen in the room which was really handy invluding a fridge. We'd been travelling down from north to soyth so this was ideal for us to refridgerate our packed lunches etc. Comfortable stay and really friendly staff.   Noisy ventilation & fridge

  Room is functional and clean, with a kitchenette and a large bathroom. However, the ventilation and the fridge were so noisy that is was difficult to fall alseep. Nice and simple bedding, except for the pillows, the worst I have had in a long time. Expensive and boring breakfast not included in the price of the room. Wi-Fi Internet connection was difficult to establish and non-secure.
