Worth the cost for the comfort and location alone!

    rating31 Aug 2026

Great location - couldn't be closer to the beach! We had a large room at the end of the corridor on the 2nd floor with a side view of the sea. It was an extremely comfortable 6' bed too! The huge terrace was perfect for sitting and people watching and the breakfast was excellent. Personally, I didn't think the limited restaurant food in the evening was as good as I would expect for an expensive hotel, but the bar-type snacks available at lunchtime were better value. The staff were all extremely pleasant and some were English, or spoke excellent english. There was no garden or outdoor pool, but with the beach literally a few yards away they're not required. The sandy beaches were wonderful. This hotel has secure off road parking. BAYA HOTEL, Propriétaire at Baya Hotel, responded to this review Dear guest,Thank you so much for your excellent review! Overall Good Stay

    rating27 Aug 2026

We travelled as a family and stayed at The Baya, having stayed there previously as well. Overall, we had a good stay this year and enjoyed our time there. There were just a few minor issues that I feel could be addressed. We often noticed that dirty plates and glasses were left in the hallways and sometimes weren’t cleared away for several days. Also, while the bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming, we found the reception staff to be less approachable. At times, we had the feeling that we were disturbing them when asking questions or needing assistance. That said, the location is fantastic, and the friendly service at the bar and restaurant really added to our experience. Despite the points mentioned above, we would happily stay at The Baya again.I just wanted to share this feedback as some constructive input, as overall we enjoyed our stay.
