    Decent hotel at decent price

    A decent hotel within walking distance of the town centre. We booked parking which is a must if you’re driving, €25 a night.Check in was nice with the young guy who was helpful throughout our stay. Booked a superior room which had a lovely balcony with sunbed & 2 chairs. Bed was big (180cm) & comfy, air conditioning was brilliant (it was 36C outside!), shower was large & powerful, basin area was tight & hairdyer point was right next to the tap (surely not legal). Room wasn’t luxurious but it’s good value for money in an expensive tourist town. Didn’t have breakfast but did buy a chilled bottle of wine at reception. Found it weird that they couldn’t find us a corkscrew & didn’t have any ice in the building. Not great when you’ve paid €25 for the wine!!

    Very helpful, efficient and friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located close to the centre, the beaches and the surfing spots. Despite this it is in a quiet place, and double glazed windows ensure you will have a peaceful night. The room was very clean and comfortable.     Poor backstreet location, grossly overpriced.

    The Kemaris is in the back streets of Biarritz. Our room was clean and comfortable but massively overpriced when you considered the facilities and back street location.There is no free parking nearby, and they charge you an additional €25 for your vehicle. We were also given two very different prices for our stay by two different members of staff. Both were unexplainable more than Booking.com had given us!I would strongly advise giving this hotel a miss.There are several better located, cheaper options available.     Nice hotel in good location Not far from centre of town and also nesr the coast/beach.Hotel staff were friendly and helpful!!Room was modern and spotlessly clean.     Great hotel helpful staff

    From the moment we arrived the hotel staff at the reception went over and above to help. Friendly and relaxed check in. Stayed in the apartments first which were super spacious, clean and had everything you could need. Also had a night across the street in a double room with balcony which was also very good. Great value and great location. Will return, thanks.
