    Rooms are a bit small for the price. very good breakfast starting at 7am. plenty of parking.     Nice stay with one disappointment

    Very nice place, well located close to the sea. The staff are extremely kind. Equipments are nice.But really disappointed when access to the outdoor pool was denied after check-out at 12:00 the latest, even though the massage ended at 11:45.Feeling of being kicked out

    Very comfortable bed, hotel very clean, good breakfast (though only hot option was eggs & bacon). USB chargers beside bed which was handy. Nice toiletries in room. Staff lovely & allowed us to speak our half baked French! 5 min walk to great beaches. Sister hotel beside Les Terrasses has nice bar which did great cocktails & good food for us. I would ask hotel to book taxi to/from airport as their transfer was a lot cheaper than what we were charged at the airport. Only negative is it takes about an hour & 15 mins to walk to Biarritz, although bus to both Biarritz & Bayonne seem pretty reliable. We would return.

    Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. We arrived earlier then the allocated check in time, we were happy to wait but the room was ready hence they allowed us to check in earlier. The area is clean and tidy but the location was quite far from the centre. It's only a few mintues walk by the sea side and transport is accessible too. There's not much food choices in the hotel restaurant but food is decent. Over all it's a comfy hotel to stay in to.     Perfect relaxing break

    We spent 2 night in this hotel to do a spa break and we loved it! The room is simple but comfortable.Food is really good! We had breakfast and dinner option and all was delicious and healthy. The pool is really nice and the seawater really reviving!! I love some of the treatments : massage, back clay, relaxing bath... overall for a first thalasso break it was a real success. Plus the walk and the beaches around are just wonderful!
