Lovely hotel for a few days of relaxation
31 May 2026
Fantastic 4 star hotel and golf course, just outside Biarritz. The hotel is set beside a golf course, beware, there are no buggies, but the course is in good condition. The service is second to none, the hotel is clean, the rooms, well equipped and spacious. The restaurant food is complex, we stayed 4 nights but went out by cab to Anglet beach for 2 nights which was lovely as right by the sea with a choice of beach style restaurants. Would go back in a heartbeat. Félix FIORIO, Owner at Hotel Maison Chiberta, responded to this review Dear Mary,Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a wonderful review of your stay at Maison Chiberta. We are delighted to read that you enjoyed our peaceful setting, the comfort and spaciousness of your room, as well as the cleanliness of the hotel. Your kind words about our team and the quality of our service truly mean a great deal to us and will be shared with everyone. We are also pleased that you appreciated our golf course and took the opportunity to discover the beautiful restaurants along Anglet beach during your stay. The location of Maison Chiberta indeed offers the perfect balance between nature, golf and the Atlantic coast. It was a pleasure to welcome you for four nights, and we are thrilled to know you would return "in a heartbeat." We very much look forward to welcoming you back for another memorable stay.Warm regards,The Team at Maison Chiberta

Disappointed by the lack of training and responsiveness of the team - Brunch very nice and pleasant moment -
18 Aug 2025
Brunch very pleasant- Rooms not as cozy as expected ( especially when the view is right above the parking lots ..) but the MOST unpleasant key point : some employees are completely ignorant about the services and not customer-ce truc meaning you have to ask 2 to 3 person to get the information right - Then : it’s not an adult only hotel , we were literally pushed to quit the indoor swimming pool bc of a kid ( and his parents ) was shouting, running , playing loudly in the pool - there’s an external pool and the indoor pool and spa is supposed to be a place to relax therefore quiet - after speaking with a spa employee ( Coralie ) to ask her to mention it to the parents , she didn’t care very much -and instead of taking actions she answer us “ please contact the front desk !!!” Personal / employee very young and obviously not trained for this kind of hotel and guests . Luna Sanchez, Owner at Hotel Maison Chiberta, responded to this review Dear Delphine,Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your stay in our hotel. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the brunch, however, we regret that other aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations.Your comments have been duly noted. We aim to provide our guests with accurate information and a high level of service, and it is disheartening to learn that we fell short in this regard during your stay.We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you for a future stay.Best regards,The Team at Maison Chiberta

Great location
26 Sept 2023
Great location, right in front the golf first hole and the practice. Hotel ground and service was very good. It’s a shame the room are not to a higher standard for such a location. All was very clean and the bed was very confortable but it needs a refresher in term of the room and corridor. Best place if you want to be on the golf course

Nothing short of excellent, far enough from the sea to not here the crashing waves, at the same time, close enough to walk comfortable. All staff are excellent, and helped make my visit a real pleasure. Highly recommended. Will certainly be visiting again soon.
