  Very bad staff. Very bad organisation. I was lucky enough to meet those ladies staying there who helped me to get into the building... I paid already of course...and so on...Etc etc. .. the staff doesn't even apologize and is extremely unpleasant Ophélie MERCHADOU, General Manager at All Suites Appart Hotel Bordeaux Pessac, responded to this review Bonjour Anne Annukje,Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d’apprendre que votre arrivée ne s’est pas déroulée comme vous l’espériez.Notre établissement ferme effectivement ses portes à 23h00, et comme indiqué lors de la réservation, un système d’arrivée tardive est mis en place pour accueillir les clients au-delà de cet horaire. Un boîtier à clés est disponible, et lorsque nous n'avons pas les coordonnées du client, nous affichons à l’entrée une note affiche avec les noms, pour qu’ils puissent contacter le gardien de nuit qui est toujours joignable et réactif afin de leur expliquer comment récupérer leur clé.Nous comprenons que cela puisse surprendre si l’information n’a pas été bien reçue, et nous allons redoubler d’efforts pour nous assurer que ce dispositif soit encore mieux communiqué à l’avenir.Nous vous remercions malgré tout pour votre retour.CordialementLa Cheffe de Réception

  Good , reasonably priced appart hotel.

  Stayed here for a few days on a very warm October week, so the air con was welcome. Room was very clean and bright. Lots of windows. Electric blinds fitted, so not bother by outside lighting at night. Problem was that on occasion they had a mind of their own and would just open or close on their own. Never at night thank goodness. Room well equipped and staff friendly and helpful. Point knocked off because of a problem we had, but it was quickly remedied.   My daughter and I rented this hotel because my daughter is studying at the University and this hotel is close to campus. But the apartment is not like in the picture. Firstly, we have a very dirty bathroom, with fungus on the wall, the furniture is old. Cleaning is not carried out every day, as in different apart-hotels in different countries, including France. We have to pay for cleaning! We don't have fresh towels, toilet paper, cleansers. We were told that we even have to take out the garbage ourselves! This is the first time we have come across such a situation.

  This place is not comfortable

  I’m not sure if I stayed in the same hotel. There is section A and section B. I was staying in section B and this is very uncomfortable.It’s dated and the room is not nice at all. The bed is very uncomfortable and noisy.   Very happy with our stay

  Location of the hotel was good - about 15 minutes walk to the tram, 10 minutes walk to a large supermarket, just 5 minutes to a pastry shop & few restaurants just next to the hotel. We chose the hotel because of onsite parking. Caught the tram into Bordeaux which was around 40 minutes but still much better than driving around and looking for a parking spot. The room was very clean, functional & spacious. The kitchenette had adequate basic utensils to warm up meals. The receptionist at check-in was very friendly, answered a lot of questions & had good English. The hotel also had a laundry onsite €4 for a load of washing, €1 for drying & €1 for washing powder. Since we stayed for 5 nights our room received a quick service on a daily basis - towel replacement and rubbish removal.
