  Clean and cozy aparthotel in a very convenient location. Close to many attractions and easy to walk around the city. There's a supermarket nearby, which makes it very practical. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay.   One of the best aparthotels in Bordeaux. Spacious, clean room, bathroom with shower and bathtub, quiet, warm. Everything you need to cook is provided: frying pans, pots, plates, wine glasses. Very polite staff, good breakfast. Right in the center, close to a large shopping center.   I'm late writing this review but not because I didn't like staying here. I wanted an apartment hotel for a 6 night stay. I was somewhat hesitant about booking an Adagio (see my previous review of Adagio in Nantes), but am glad I did. What a difference from my previous Adagio.Adagio Bordeaux Gambetta was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The hotel is very conveniently located - close to tram stops and within walking distance of many sites. It is across the street from a shopping mall, which has a large grocery store.My only complaint would be the coffee maker - I had a drip coffee pot in the kitchen. They should change to a single cup coffee maker, such as a Nespresso machine. If I ever go back to Bordeaux, I will stay here again.   Excellent location large rooms but windows of street facing rooms were not well soundproof

  Good hotel with spacious rooms located right at border of Bordeaux’s center. The rooms are functionally designed and shopping centers, a ton of great restaurants within short walking distance, The in-house parking was full when we arrived and a pre-reservation was not possible. A bit annoying was the fact that there isn’t a convenient space to stop the car at the front door to unload the baggage, so we had to park the car at a public parking space in from of the hotel and roll our baggage across the street, which was ok for us, but could have been a hassle for someone with more luggage. To my surprise the windows of street facing rooms were surprisingly not well soundproof, so you still could hear traffic noise from below.   Great apartment stay in Bordeaux

  An excellent option for being able to do some self catering while ttavelling. While we didn't actually 'cook' much, it was great to be able to heat up some foods and add salads etc. and do our own breakfasts. From what I could see, I wouldn't say the breakfast option was much and possibly not worth it. There is a fantastic expansive Auchon hypermarket in the Meriadeck across the road and their is also a M. Picard around the corner (their tiramisu was the best I've ever had!). We were allocated room 521 which looked over the courtyard (which looked somewhat unkept).. It had good light but you could hear the lift (going up and down) during the night. and while handy having the separate toilet, the hotel should seriously consider installing small washhand basins in the separate toilets as it is inconvenient to have to go into the bathroom to wash your hands afterwards (especially if someone else is in there)..Hotel reception has items (e.g. wine/ beer glasses, toaster, etc) to borrow. They also have some grocery items for sale (pasta, little pots of jam, etc).The studio was clean, spacious, good kitchenette, well located, super easy access from airport (take the tram in from airport to Meriadeck stop and walk 6 mins to hotel).Post office across the road. Easy walkable distance to the attractions. Their is also a direct bus to the (St Jean) Railway station bus stop nearby, but (depending on time you are taking it), it could be very busy.Highly recommend, and would definitely stay again.
