  Dirty dirty dirty, airbag conditioning not working... never seen somthing like that for a price of 100 euros . . It s a shame

  The cigarette smell was so strong we couldn’t sleep. The bathroom was old and not comfortable.

  The apartment was nor comfortable neither smelled ok. The cigarettes smell was so bad We couldn’t sleep the entire night.The day after the team was perfect solving the issue. Fantastic team in a lousy place.

  We travel to Spain every year by car with our three children When we booked we told them we may arrive late so they emailed back saying if we just called them they would give us the necessary codes.Brilliant so we thought I called only to be told we didn’t have a booking even though I gave our reference number and name and the woman was very rude not helpful and put the phone down on me.Obviously I panicked with three young children and a very tired husband I emailed them got nothing back so I called back and luckily I got a different person and funny enough he found our booking and sent us the codes by email Perfect We arrived to find parking a complete nightmare and car park in complete darkness and trying to navigate three young children and luggage to our room was a nightmare there is no clear signs for room numbers and to be honest if I was traveling on my own would have found that scary We then got to our room it was clean and basic looked a bit tired but overall okBreakfast the following day was good When we came to check out we paid for our children’s breakfasts €3 then to be told we had to pay for ours even though when we booked we was told adults breakfasts (€8.50)was included The lady was very rude and unhelpful to my husband It’s a shame as we most probably would have returned for next years travels but just found staff to be very rude,unhelpful and it wouldn’t hurt to smile at guests Frédéric M, Gérant at Appart'City Classic Bordeaux Aeroport Saint Jean d'Illac, responded to this review Dear Curwood,We thank you for taking the time to tell us about your impressions after your stay.   AvoidDirty, unkept, no service, no wifi (none at all in our room). I travel all over and have never come across such a hotel.   We stayed 3 nights and found this "hotel" dreadful:- the apartment heavily smelled of stale smoke- the apartment was old and unkept.- there was no internet connection at all (even though we were told there would be)- the bed in the main bedroom was small, hard and squeaky (we love firm beds this was just hard like sleeping on the floor)- no room service / cleaning for the 3 day stay- 3 towels given for 3 adults and 2 childrenThe feel to this place is dirty and unkept -we asked to change rooms and speak to the director - it never happened - we hadbetter things to do than ruin our weekend for that but we won't be returning and warn other travellers to steer clear. I reminded my teams to do what is necessary for the smells of tobacco. Our apartments are non-smoking. And I put your opinion on the comfort of bedding to my general direction. We are a tourist residence offering apartments at attractive prices with optional services paying. Daily housekeeping is one of those options. That is why you have not had any cleaning on your 3 days. Weekly households are scheduled depending on the length of your stay. On the other hand, we propose a kit of towels per person installed according to the number of residents communicated to the reservation. We have added you on request at the reception. Well, I'm sorry I was not able to meet you. I was probably at rest or on a business trip at that time. Rest assured that all this was of an exceptional nature and does not reflect the quality of our products and the know-how of our teams.
