  Location great comfort was disappointing

  Cleanliness and location very good. However comfort and breakfast were extremely disappointing . One very hard pillow and one very soft. You really need to provide enough pillows for two people. Two bath towels but no hand towels. Breakfast buffet was empty. Bread, eggs, cold meats etc all empty. Had to ask twice to get anything. Very disappointing. On plus side, location is excellent next to several restaurants. Private parking and room very clean, but unfortunately not a place I will return to on my next trip.

  Clean but very basic

  room small and very basic, no bar area , no coffee /tea making facilities and overall, fine for one night - I wouldnt go again TBH - we were there for a dog show the following day - lots of doggy people were too, reception lady very friendly but its dated and needs a re-furb

  The hotel was great and met our needs perfectly . We were cycling the deux mers route. We were warmly welcomed by victorine who took great care of both us and our bikes. She represents hospitality at its best and made a real difference to us. Very professional and kind lady. Breakfast was great and good value.   Good for one night

  The is the "automated" type of hotel which I don't actually like. Everything went fine and we had a good overnight sleep.The hotel is located in the parking of a large shopping center, which was closed by the time we arrived, so it felt a bit creepy. The parking of the hotel was full so we had to park outside.

  A "Cool" Hotel

  We arrived at this hotel on a particularly hot day when temperatures had exceeded 40 degrees. We walked into the Reception area and then onto our room. Everywhere was impressively cool. The air conditioning was doing it's job well, however would the unit in our room sound for instance like an old and loud motorbike? Far from it "quietly efficient" would best describe it. Easy to have a good night's sleep.Our room was a good size with both a kettle and small fridge. However there were no complimentary tea and coffees, or room safe. Strange. Remember to pack your own. Also worth mentioning that unlike some other chains, they don't have a bar. An ice cold beer upon arrival would have been very welcome on such a hot day. Everywhere was very clean and we felt Covid safe. Breakfast was a little disappointing with not a lot of choice and with the baskets not being always replenished. There are lots of places to eat close by in the evening, provided you are happy to eat at a fast food chain, rather than a quaint family owned bistro. One additional bonus. This hotel is very close to the Peage Station and very easy to find. It saved us 10 minutes compared to where we normally stay. We will stay here again.
