    Great hotel, crew very customer oriented, food excellent, top services. Meals system well thought, room cleanliness very good. Only small point to improve, long time before having hot water and air control not working well.

    Our room was not cleaned. The bathroom had a bad urine odor. Upon arrival we didn’t have towels and we didn’t have bathroom paper. I had to go to the front desk and request it. The guy at the front desk was friendly but it seems that he was the only employee that was working at the hotel.We also wanted to eat at the hotel’s restaurant but it was closed! We got there around 7:00 PM and were surprised that it has closed. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.     The hotel its like a motel. So old. The rooms are dirty and not update. The photos of the hotel is photoshop. The bathroom was so horrible, I took a bath with flip flops. The bed was no comfortable to sleep. When we arrive I ask for toilette paper and the employee said don't have it, somebody will going to buy and then give it to me. There was one iron for the entire hotel. The breakfast was regular, not have variety. The place don't have places near to eat or walk to see the city. Its an industrial-construction zone. Far from the center.     My wife and I used this hotel as a stop over en route north.When we booked it we required a secure car park, which this hotel claimed to have.On arrival we were told that the car park wasn't secure due to a faulty gate....great!The lady on reception was quite helpful in changing our room to one overlooking the car park so that I could keep an eye on my car.Room was OK, no complaints.Breakfast was a continental buffet affair, not bad atall. GREAT fresh coffee! Fresh hot bread and fresh squeezed orange, enjoyed it.Upon leaving we went to reception expecting to hand our room key in and leave when we were required to pay a city tax. We thought we'd payed everything up front. It wasn't much but it left us feeling cheated, not good business.The rooms aren't very sound proof. We were kept awake by the occupants of the room next door who found it necessary to bang doors, drawers and anything else they could find at 0300, 0400 and 0500hrs!!!!The hotel is not near anything!It took us 45 minutes to walk to the nearest bar!OK for an overnight stop.     Good Hotel, Nearly all restaurants are closed on Sunday eve.s. So eat EARLY !!

    We spent 7 nights at Kyriad,Bordeaux,Begles. Beds, shower and daily room service excellent. We paid on a "room only" basis. It was quiet, air conditioned and as we opened the window we switched off the air con. The no. 11 bus has a reasonable service from the centre of Bordeaux. The tram service is better and it is a 10 minute FAST walk to the stop. (15 minutes at least with luggage.) We were happy with our stay.We visited in Oct. 2018.
