    Needs Renovation / You have to pay additional for parking

    Graffiti on the side of the hotel; you have to pay additional for parking on top of your room rate, which is ridiculous. Surprised this is an IBIS brand. Room was tiny; air conditioning barely worked during the heat wave; hallways smelled like mold. Needs a renovation. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok. Will not return.

    Arrived from an early flight to Bordeaux and room was ready so we were able to check in early.Reception was very friendly and helpful. The bus service from the nearby stop was excellent into Bordeaux (40 mins to city centre). Each night on our return we were greeted by a really friendly night reception person. Breakfast was in a bright airy room on the ground floor and the selection was fresh and tasty. Staff were regularly checking that all choices were kept well stocked. The room was bright and really clean with good air conditioning (Needed as we were there in a heatwave) and the beds were super comfortable. So overall it was a a really pleasant weekend stay.

    Would have been nice to have coffee/tea making facilities in the room on the plus side it did have air con room reminded of a ship cabin small on sweet but as we were only sleeping there it sufficed would use it again strange checking in was done on a screen and dispensed a door card key

    Very comfortable and clean family room. The breakfast is very good: eggs, croissants, yogurt bar with many toppings, charcuterie, big selection of hot drinks. Very friendly staff. Very good value for money.

    We stayed here whilst visiting Bordeaux for the weekend and loved it. It's only a 15 min drive from the airport in a lovely suburb with plenty of restaurants, a super market and a weekly market. The staff were all so accommodating and friendly, the room was basic but clean, comfortable and with everything you need, and the continental breakfast buffet was excellent, with a lot of choice. There is also a bus stop just opposite that takes you into Bordeaux city centre and runs regularly. It's the perfect spot for visiting the city and its surroundings.
