  Conveniently located in Talence, near to various campuses and some pretty good local restaurants too, this isn't going to feature on many holiday hit-lists, but for a work visit it does the job well enough.

  It's a nice big apartment with a comfortable bed and it was clean. The location is excellent because it's right on the tram line and across the street from a restaurant and a Les Halles market. They have a dishwasher but you have to buy your own dishwasher soap. No dish towels or dish cloth for handwashing. No draib tray for hand washing. One of the two cereal bowls had a big crack in it and all the dishes needed washing before using. The shower head was broken so you had to hold it to use it. The check in experience was somewhat friendly but not at all helpful. She handed us keys and pointed to the door. We stepped outside and tried to figure out where to go...another resident saw us floundering and explained we needed to walk across the street to the unmarked building.... that was definitely something they should have mentioned at check in. Also we were lucky to realize we would leave before the front desk would be open so we had to go in to ask what to do and they gave us a special code to enter that building to put our keys in the drop box...wasn't ok to leave our keys in the room.

  The apartotel is nicely located to Bordaux suburbia with good tram connection to get to center of town. The room was rather spacious with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The problem is that toilette is separated from the bathroom and doesn't have basin to wash the hands. The room seemed clean. parking available with affordable price. This is a positive part of the story.The negative part of the story is a facility service and non customer service. Even we paid in advance at reservation and clearly stated check in and check out time (we traveled by car), at arrival we hardly found the person to do the check in. The person did't speak any other language other than French (we could communicate fluently in English, Italian, Spanish and Russian). Even bigger problem was when we need to check out because reception was empty. and locked. It was not possible to reach the reception by phone because it was call center number, so we had to leave room cards and parking money in the room. During the day we received the message trough Booking platform to contact them immediately and we were charged for over 80 EUR without any explanation. We contacted Teneo to provide explanation or refund for this cost , but we never got any of it and it is a month since then. So be very careful.

  Absolutely terrible. The cleaning staff let themselves in at 8 am if not before on morning of departure. There is no sound proofing at all. Will not stay again and would not recommend at all. The only positive is that it is conveniently located.

  The first thing is that the room was in the smell of building materials and after arguing with the person working in the hotel changed the room, the second thing that the person in the queries did not carry any kind of respect and kindness, the third thing that the employee in the restaurant did not respect customers, cleaning the room not all A day and queries were not available I had to leave the key in the room when my stay at the hotel ended.
