Dirty carpets in halls and my room was only partially decorated. Prepare to sleep with windows open-30 degrees during day and no Aircon switched on.

Nice hotel near University of Bordeaux Talence Campus

Good hotel, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff.I enjoyed the kitchenette equipped with kettle, microwave, refrigerator -- groceries are nearby so one can get some snacks/drinks in the comfort of his own room.

We were due to travel to this hotel on the 4th September. Unfortunately I suffered a heart attack on the 2nd September. The hotel refused a refund on two occasions - I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

A good stay in Bordeaux

I mostly appreciated the clealiness and comfort of the room. I had a very good sleep. The location is close to tram stops and Bordeaux city center is 20-25 minutes away. The way to/from the airport is a bit longer, a little more than 1 hour if using the public transportation. Good restaurants are just at 2-3 minutes walk. I would suggest the reastaurant-pizzeria L'Alcala.

Very poor treatment from this hotel. I had a heart attack two days before our visit so we could not go. Hotel have been really bad in replying to emails and phone calls. Whist we apologise that their policy does not allow refunds we had hoped for some compassion. Steer clear of this hotel if you are not well!
