    This is the 4th time we stayed 2 nights for a family birthday at the end of August Value for money / Award very goodThe room is small, basic but the cleaning is perfect Towels white sheets in perfect condition And breakfast is generous As for the hospitality, many hotels should be inspired by it!     We occupied room no. 2 last night, for one night.It was 30° yesterday in Bourges, and air conditioning was really necessary. Unfortunately, manipulating the remote control, simply to change the temperature, caused it to stop completely. Result when we returned from dinner around 9:30 p.m., it was very hot in the room, and no one was present in the hotel to intervene....! It was only after 2 phone calls and 2 hours later (11:30 p.m.) that the manager came on site to restart the group.....! As a result, the temperature only became acceptable again around 1:30 a.m....!Moreover, faced with this state of affairs, not even the courtesy of offering a commercial gesture to compensate for the inconvenience.Honestly, we are a couple who travel often, but fortunately it is quite rare to get this bad.If you are looking for a hotel in Bourges, I can only strongly recommend this one.
