  Booked for one night hotel was a ten minute walk from the bus and train station we arrived early and left our bags at the reception on returning to the hotel at 3pm our bags had been delivered to the room excellent service and the reception staff were amazing helping us book a football match in Nice as we had issues trying to book on our phones.The room is modern with a work area with seat,small outside balcony we were facing the road but there are two sliding doors to cut down the noise.The shower and toilet were big.There is an outside area for smoking and relaxing with fake grass.The wi-fi is intermittent but better is better at the reception.Overall all good value for the money typical 3 star hotel but for me the staff were amazing would definitely book this hotel again.You have to pay a city tax which we knew roughly €4 per night.There is a spar shop 2 min walk from the hotel

  My stay at Hotel Abrial in Cannes was disappointing due to poor cleanliness. The room was not cleaned properly. The mattress cover had hairs on and was dirty. Dirty clesking cloths were left in the toilet and the carpets were all stained. This significantly affected my comfort. Cleanliness should be a basic expectation at this level, and I hope they improve hygiene standards before welcoming more guests. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.” In addition the reception man had offered to help us book a meal with his friend and let us know. This did not happen. Not professional ! As soon as you reported this, we immediately replaced the mattress cover and sheets, in accordance with our procedures. These issues do not reflect the quality standards we strive for, and a reminder has been sent to our housekeeping team to prevent this from happening again.Regarding the restaurant, we understand your disappointment. However, we would like to point out that, as soon as you returned to the hotel, we informed you that the restaurant owner had not responded to our call or followed up on our message, and that it was highly likely that the establishment would be closed that evening.   3 Star hotel without any views which was OK as it was situated at a very convenient walking distance to main part of town. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom adequate for our needs. Good breakfast and WiFi were appreciated.

  We had two rooms here for one night before a cruise. Perfect for this purpose. The rooms are a nice size and we had a small balcony ( no real view ). The rooms and bathrooms are spotless. The beds are comfortable and overall the hotel is quiet. Breakfast was nice . The breakfast room is all white which gives it an almost clinical feel and therefore it lacks atmosphere but again it's spotless. Don't be put off by the outside look of the hotel. It's in a great location , only a few minutes walk to the main shopping and promanade and a very safe feeling area. The staff were friendly and were very accommodating. Even though we didn't stay again after our cruise they facilitated us by holding our luggage for a few hours and we had our transfer collect us there. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes. Perfect for a night or weekend break.

  Very clean, nice facilities and kind staff. There wasn't a very active atmosphere, it was quiet, so thats something to consider if you are a solo traveller and you're hoping to meet people, but in any case it is in a great location and there are some vibrant restaurants nearby.
