Hot Adonis Mougins terrible experience.
12 Aug 2026
The hotel was highly overrated and therefore very disappointing. Firstly, upon entering the room there was a terrible stench. The walls and floors and balcony were dirty. Room was very shabby and looked neglected. There was no housekeeping at all. Location was poor. We were scheduled to stay for nine days and checked out after two. Although we did have a non refundable rate, I did expect to get something back. But to no avail. I lost a lot of money on this as we prepaid the total in advance. Never again. Franck Brondino, Ventes at Adonis Mougins, responded to this review Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations and that you encountered issues with the condition and cleanliness of your room. We understand how disappointing this must have been, particularly when you had planned to stay for nine nights.Your comments regarding the smell, the cleanliness of the room, balcony, walls and floors, as well as housekeeping, have been taken seriously and shared with our team for review. We also regret that our location did not suit your expectations.Regarding your departure and the prepaid rate, we understand your disappointment. As the reservation was made under a non-refundable rate, the applicable booking conditions unfortunately limited the possibilities for a refund. We regret that this added further frustration to an already disappointing experience. We sincerely apologize that we did not provide you with the quality of stay you expected and appreciate your feedback, which helps us identify areas where improvements are needed.Kind regards,Karen, Jennifer and Nicoleta

Spotlessly clean and great staff!
25 Sept 2023
Booked the Domaine de Mai as our stop whilst we came to watch the Rugby World Cup and explore Nice and the surrounding area. Was spotlessly clean when we arrived and Franck and the rest of the team looked after us well, suggesting places to visit and recommending and providing directions for everything from good places to park the car to places to visit. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay here again! Célia Chef de Réception, Service clients/Réception at Adonis Mougins, responded to this review Dear Guest, thank you for giving your opinion about the Domaine de Mai. We would be happy to welcome you again next time you're coming to the French Riviera

Great hotel for exploring the region
03 Aug 2023
Just returned from a stay here with a family of 5 and can really recommend this hotel. We stayed in a duplex 2 bedroom apartment - with additional sofa bed.Pro's- Very friendly and helpful staff.Good value for money especially compared to similar options in the region- Great air conditioning throughout the apartment- Good sized kitchen with fridge + freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, utensils- 2 bedrooms - double beds, TV in each room (additional sofa bed + TV in living room). One room with a balcony.- 2 bathrooms one with a shower and other bath/shower (only 1 with toilet) - both shower + bath could be used at the same time.- Swimming pool was slightly small, which means can be a little crowded at busy times but great for children and not too deep.- Small sauna and basic gym too.- Fresh water and cakes/cookies at reception- Great location for driving. Plenty of parking. Location is just by Mougins (which is great for fine dinning options). A short drive to supermarkets and close to roads to explore South of France. (Cannes/Antibes about 30 mins drive, Nice 1 hour)Con's- Cleaning was only done once during our stay (9 nights)- No shared facilities/food/bar options after 8pm and nothing too close by foot either.Overall we had a great stay here and would definitely recommend this. Célia Chef de Réception, Service clients/Réception at Adonis Mougins, responded to this review Dear Guests, thank you fo this detailed comment about the Domaine de Mai. We are happy to read that you enjoyed your stay in this apartment and our services. We would be delighted to welcome you again next time you're coming to the French Riviera.
