Location

Located right by the sea and around 200 m from the town centre, this city hotel is situated right in the heart of the tourist resort of Cannes. Facility

4 suites and 56 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Great value for money, location is few blocks off the beach. Parking spaces are wide, but short and for a broad & longer car you for sure need some driving skills. The receptionists are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is average, but OK for sure to start the day.     This is a beautiful hotel! I would rather say that it's a boutique hotel.It's clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home.The staff are also accommodating and friendly.We're in town for a Saturday when Cannes becomes very crowded and noisy, and coming back to this Room was very peaceful.From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful, everything exceeded my expectations.The attention to detail in each aspect of the experience truly sets it apart.I was so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail.The hotel was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions, practically you're within walking distance.     Highly recommend this hotel! It was lovely and clean, room was very spacious and location was perfect. Staff were super friendly and helpful and the hotel had a lovely courtyard and rooftop area.     Very pleasant hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and had sufficient space. There was a lovely rooftop area with a jacuzzi, seating and sunbeds. The breakfasts were very nice with a good choice. The situation was fine being about 10 to 15 minutes from both the train station and the beach. Plenty for restaurants nearby. One slight downside; the bar was never open when we tried to use it.     We spent an exceptional week at Le Patio des Artistes in Cannes with a friend, and everything exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from the reception staff, available 24/7, set the tone for our stay.A huge thank you to Régis and Damien for their professionalism and cheerful smiles every morning at breakfast. Their attention to detail and friendly service made each moment enjoyable and pleasant.
