If There's Any Chance That You'll be Arriving Late, Content This Hotel in Advance!

    rating06 Mar 2026

We arrived late at night at the hotel and the area where the hotel is in is not well lit. It was also hard to find the hotel using Maps because the outside of the hotel had the name Zenitude on it but that name was not listed anywhere in our reservation paperwork. When we entered the lobby no one was working there. We were concerned we wouldn't be able to get into our room but fortunately we found our key in an envelope on the main desk at the last minute. The rooms were very nice and spacious with a living room and a bedroom. The next day, the person working at the front desk was very helpful and came up with some recommendations for going to the beach along the Cannes coast.Overall, it was a good stay and we would stay there again. We've appreciate the convenient locations and reasonable prices of the Choice Hotel Chain around the world! Sandrine OUDEWAAL, Directeur général at Zenitude Hotel-Residences Cannes Mandelieu, responded to this review Dear MichaelThank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback! We’re glad to hear that, despite the challenges on arrival, you were able to access your room and enjoy the comfort and space of the apartment, including the living room and bedroom. It’s wonderful that our team at the front desk was able to assist you the next day with helpful recommendations for exploring the Cannes coast. It’s fantastic to know that, overall, you had a good stay and would choose to stay with us again. We look forward to welcoming you back and providing another comfortable and enjoyable visit!Sandrine Oudewaal General Manager - Comfort Aparthotel Cannes- Mandelieu****

    Review

    rating15 Jan 2024

No hot water at night. It was fixed and again tonight no hot water again. Office is closed no one to talk about it to have it fixed. In this day and age the signal for wifi was totally insufficient, not even for calling family the what’s app. Washing machine and dryer are totally outdated. It took 50 minutes twice to get a load dried. It was not even a big load. Terrible smell in the room. There was a leak and water all over the floor. No kitchen towels provided to dry dishes. Charlotte Bonte, Directeur général at Zenitude Hotel-Residences Cannes Mandelieu, responded to this review Dear Madam et Sir Huff,Thank you for taking the time to review us, we apologize again for any inconvenience caused during your stay. Each room has its own water-heater and hot water consumption is individual, we do not understand what happened knowing that no breakdown was detected after our technical intervention. In fact, he came to report the wifi problem to us, but no breakdown or defect was noted, perhaps a configuration problem? Please show us your device so we can help you.Our laundromat has some infiltrations, we are on the subject and we apologize, the repair is taking longer than expected .Despite our regular intervention, there is water resurface of the floor. Our machines are poorly treated and maintained regularly. We will contact them immediately to find out what is happening with the dryer. Thank you for your feedback. The team and I always do our best to ensure that our clients have a good stay with us. We hope that you were still able to enjoy our region. And despite it all, we hope to see you again in Cannes Mandelieu for a better experience.Charlotte BonteDirector - General ManagerZenitude Confort Cannes Mandelieu ****

My recent stay experience at Zenitude Hotel-Residences Confort Cannes Mandelieu

    rating01 Oct 2023

My general stay was good. The hotel staff members were helpful. The road leading to the hotel from the main street had not streetlights. Breakfast was extra, while similar hotels included the breakfast in comparable room rates. Overall, it was a satisfying experience. The location is quite good. Charlotte Bonte, Directeur général at Zenitude Hotel-Residences Cannes Mandelieu, responded to this review Dear Mr. Banerjee, Thank you very much for taking the time to evaluate the team and I thank you for that. It is always a pleasure to welcome our customers and bring them satisfaction. Lighting in the path is an ongoing topic with the City Hall. We take your feedback into account for our future meetings. We hope to see you again in Cannes MandelieuCharlotte BonteDirector - General ManagerZenitude Confort Cannes Mandelieu ****
