Palais des Festivals and the old town with many restaurants are roughly 500 m away. Links to the public transport system and countless entertainment venues are all located in the near vicinity.

116 non-smoking rooms, including 13 single rooms, are available to guests in an 8-storey main building and a 5-storey auxiliary building. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand.     Perfect Location, Disappointing Customer Service

    The location of Edan Hotel is excellent, and for that reason alone, I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay in Cannes. It’s conveniently located and makes it easy to explore the city, with restaurants, shops, and many attractions within walking distance.That said, this is definitely a budget hotel, so it’s important to set realistic expectations. My biggest disappointment was the customer service. The reception staff were consistently quite rude and unwelcoming, which honestly surprised me, especially in a destination like Cannes where so many people are visiting on vacation.What bothered me most was the attitude whenever we needed something simple for the room. Even asking for extra water, additional towels, or basic accommodations seemed to be met with annoyance. Even in regular interactions with the front desk, I often felt like we were bothering them simply by asking a question or speaking with them. Asking for recommendations or help exploring the area also didn’t feel particularly welcomed.I completely understand that this is a budget hotel and I’m not expecting five-star service. However, basic courtesy and hospitality should come at every price point. A friendly attitude and willingness to help would have made a huge difference in the overall experience.Overall, the location is fantastic and the hotel can be a good option if you’re traveling on a budget, but the customer service was definitely the weakest part of our stay. I would happily return for the location, but I hope the staff experience improves.

    Just checked out of Eden hotel in Cannes. The location is excellent but the hotel is certainly not a 4 star hotel. I paid extra for a superior room which included a balcony, the room only fit a double bed and had about a foot of space around the bed. I saw reviews online saying people had to pay €20 per person to use the pool so I called prior to my check in to see if the pool was included and they told me yes…. But they were referring to the indoor pool. Outdoor pool is charged at €20 per person per day and you are not advised this until you ask to use the pool. The pool must be reserved in advance so we were unable to use for our stay as it was booked up. Very basic hotel, certainly not a four star.

    This was not my first stay at this hotel, but my second, and once again I was very satisfied.The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would especially like to highlight the cleanliness: the entire hotel is very well maintained, and the rooms are spotless.The location is simply perfect, especially for anyone who enjoys city life. In addition, the parking facilities are excellent, which makes the stay even more convenient.This definitely won’t be my last visit. I’m sure I’ll be booking a room at this hotel again in the future. Highly recommended
