Great value
13 Oct 2025
Stayed for two nights in early October- we had a great deal on the nightly rate.It was a 20-minute walk from the train station but it’s only a five-minute walk to the waterfront.Check-in was quick, although we were asked for €200 per room deposit. The room on the second floor was spacious with a big bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a gym and an outdoor pool- the water was a little chilly once the back of the hotel was in shadow. After our stay we got an Uber to the airport for €40. FABIENNE TARRY, Autre at Juliana Hotel, responded to this review Dear Nickynoodle1278,What a pleasure to read your enthusiastic comment! As you pointed out, our hotel is located 400 meters from the famous Croisette, its restaurants, dream beaches, and nightlife. Our street is particularly quiet, ideal for relaxation. All our rooms are very spacious: on average 26 square feet for the first categories, and up to 610 square feet for the deluxe rooms. Our white marble bathrooms, with their huge walk-in showers and touch-screen mirrors, are very popular with our guests. On the ground floor, in addition to the breakfast area (an all-you-can-eat buffet of the highest quality), you can enjoy our 24-hour gym, our bar and lounges, and a beauty salon (hair and nails). Our swimming pool, open from May to the end of October, is located on the first floor. Our guests quickly become loyal to the establishment, so we look forward to seeing you again very soon! Sincerely,

Peaceful Gem close to all the action
07 Dec 2024
It’s a little gem of a hotel. Close to the croisette but far enough away to get some peace (during the film festival).Had a lovely room with a balcony. But not all rooms are as good as the one I had.The breakfast buffet is outstanding and the staff really friendly. Loved the 9 days I stayed here. Will return. FABIENNE TARRY, Autre at Juliana Hotel, responded to this review Dearest Ffynsk,The entire team thanks you sincerely for your glowing review! As you pointed out, we're ideally located, 400 meters from the Croisette but in a quiet residential street that's much appreciated, especially in high season when our beautiful city becomes a party mecca. As for the rooms, rest assured that they are all very spacious, with an average of 25m2 in a standard room, and up to 57m2 in a deluxe! Our establishment offers you unrivalled comfort, right from the first price. We'll pass on your motivating feedback to Jennifer, our breakfast manager, who every morning offers you her best finds from our local artisans, and many home-made products: viennoiseries, cakes, sweet tarts, savoury dishes, breads of all kinds, cheeses, charcuterie, salads and seasonal fruit, pancakes, doughnuts... There's something for everyone! An all-you-can-eat buffet for an early-morning treat. We wish you all the best for the festive season, and look forward to seeing you in 2025!Yours sincerely

Nice hotel Clean Modern Location to beach very goodConcerns - lift to floors 1 to 4 out of sevice Had to use service lift to get bags to room. Had to walk through area with dirty sheets and other linnen strewn across floor. Understand that sometimes lifts fail but at least have area on each floor which guests have to walk through tidied - incorrect location of hotel marked by receptionist on map provided. Wanted to ensure didnt happen to othersNot a big deal but receptions insisted on arguing that hadnt done it and quite rude? FABIENNE TARRY, Autre at Juliana Hotel, responded to this review Dear J432LWrossd,We thank you for your great reward and the excellent grade you gave us.We do apologise for the breakdown that affected one of our lifts; thankfully we immediately opened the emergency lift for our customers, so nobody was affected.Concerning the trolleys on the floors, unfortunately you passed by when the cleaning ladies were doing their job, it is normal that they leave them in the corridors while they clean your rooms. On the subject of the map, if our receptionists made a mistake, we are sincerely sorry; it does seem surprising, however, as this information is given all day long.Nevertheless, we hope to welcome you again next time, for a better stay!Yours sincerely

A wonderful surprise in fantastic Cannes
19 Aug 2024
The entire staff are very friendly and so helpful. Especially a young man Enzo(hope spelling is correct). As an elderly woman with some recent disability issues I feel very well taken care of.The front desk ladies Anastasia etc etc forgive my not giving all the correct names. Housekeeping is excellent breakfast staff just the friendliest and most helpful all around. One day I attempted to use the pool which is fine. However many steps for me with lack of railing. A pool attendantBelieve his name is Bruno made it his mission to help me. More to come. Thank you for your charming clean lovely hotel. I apologize for not having all of staff names that deserve a thank you. FABIENNE TARRY, Autre at Juliana Hotel, responded to this review Dear Dorene,We are so pleased to read your wonderful feedback! We are delighted that the hotel and the staff have made you happy! We thank you and we will pass on your kind words to Enzo, Anastasia and Bruno, who, like all the hotel staff, give their very best every day to ensure that your stay is perfect. Thank you also for mentioning the breakfast team, whose job it is to brighten up your start to the day with a smooth welcome and carefully chosen products: fresh, local and seasonal, in an extremely varied selection. We look forward to welcoming you back very soon!Yours sincerely

The whole team would like to thank you for your appreciation. As you noted, we are located two minutes from the Croisette and its dream beaches, in a very quiet street. Our rooms have been renovated to offer you exceptional comfort: wide open spaces, white marble bathrooms, large terraces or balconies,...To get your day off to a good start, we take particular care with our breakfast, which is supplied with fresh, local, seasonal quality products. As for our prices, we adjust them as closely as possible to your purchasing power, so that everyone can enjoy the beauty of Cöte d'Azur. We look forward to welcoming you back soon!Yours sincerely
