Located close to the centre of the city, this conference hotel is situated directly beside the sea in Cannes. The nearest beach and links to the public transport network can be found some 250 m away. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Stayed for two nights in early October- we had a great deal on the nightly rate.It was a 20-minute walk from the train station but it’s only a five-minute walk to the waterfront.Check-in was quick, although we were asked for €200 per room deposit.The room on the second floor was spacious with a big bathroom with a walk-in shower.There is a gym and an outdoor pool- the water was a little chilly once the back of the hotel was in shadow.After our stay we got an Uber to the airport for €40. Our street is particularly quiet, ideal for relaxation.All our rooms are very spacious: on average 26 square feet for the first categories, and up to 610 square feet for the deluxe rooms. Our white marble bathrooms, with their huge walk-in showers and touch-screen mirrors, are very popular with our guests.On the ground floor, in addition to the breakfast area (an all-you-can-eat buffet of the highest quality), you can enjoy our 24-hour gym, our bar and lounges, and a beauty salon (hair and nails). Our swimming pool, open from May to the end of October, is located on the first floor.Our guests quickly become loyal to the establishment, so we look forward to seeing you again very soon!     Peaceful Gem close to all the action

    It’s a little gem of a hotel. Close to the croisette but far enough away to get some peace (during the film festival).Had a lovely room with a balcony. But not all rooms are as good as the one I had.The breakfast buffet is outstanding and the staff really friendly. Loved the 9 days I stayed here. Will return.     Nice hotel Clean Modern Location to beach very goodConcerns - lift to floors 1 to 4 out of sevice Had to use service lift to get bags to room. Had to walk through area with dirty sheets and other linnen strewn across floor. Understand that sometimes lifts fail but at least have area on each floor which guests have to walk through tidied - incorrect location of hotel marked by receptionist on map provided. Wanted to ensure didnt happen to othersNot a big deal but receptions insisted on arguing that hadnt done it and quite rude?     A wonderful surprise in fantastic Cannes

    The entire staff are very friendly and so helpful. Especially a young man Enzo(hope spelling is correct). As an elderly woman with some recent disability issues I feel very well taken care of.The front desk ladies Anastasia etc etc forgive my not giving all the correct names. Housekeeping is excellent breakfast staff just the friendliest and most helpful all around. One day I attempted to use the pool which is fine. However many steps for me with lack of railing. A pool attendantBelieve his name is Bruno made it his mission to help me. More to come. Thank you for your charming clean lovely hotel. I apologize for not having all of staff names that deserve a thank you.     Excellent location. Great room with fabulous bathroom. Polite helpful staff. Couldn’t recommend more. The breakfast was lovely quality with a great choice. The price is incredible for the hotel.
