Location

The hotel is located just a 5-minute walk from the Promenade de la Croisette and beaches in the centre of Cannes. It is only a 3-minute walk from Cannes Train Station and just 500 m from the Palais des Festivals.

Facility

The hotel has 14 junior suites and 82 double rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

The pleasantly heated water of the indoor and outdoor pools guarantees comfortable swimming. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the hotel offers cycling/mountain biking. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam and hydrotherapy treatments.     Fake four-star. Smelly rooms/sauna, nice waiters but adversarial reception, weird pool hours, no kids in pool.

    TL;DR: not suitable for families, bad smells, unprofessional, yet priced as four-star.In long: the rooms have a strong smell of some cheap artificial freshener and the sauna is moldy. The pool is officially unavailable for much of the day and off-limits to children — unless you pay to use it. The front desk staff have a strangely blasé attitude, at times rude, even breathtakingly rude — which is baffling given the price of the hotel and its rating. On the other hand, the restaurant staff are lovely. In the end, we migrated (despite lack of a refund) to the Juliana Hotel, which turned out to be very nice, as it happens.

    Never experienced anything like this; even a cheap highway hotel provides a duvet for each person without issues. Created an account just to post this review.We booked for 3 adults, but upon arrival, there were only 2 duvets/blankets in our room.We went out for dinner and stopped by the reception to request a third duvet. The staff were initially apologetic and assured us that a third duvet would be in our room upon our return.However, when we came back around 10-11 PM, there was still no third duvet, nor did we receive any message regarding it.Calling reception from our room, the receptionist informed us, "We don't have more duvets available." I responded, "What do you mean you have no duvets?" (Considering this is a 4-star hotel with many rooms). He then said, "Call back tomorrow." This made no sense since we had only booked for one night, and it was January— pretty cold. After arguing back and forth, he finally said, "Come down to the reception." So I got dressed again (they didnt even bother coming up), he handed me an empty duvet cover and said it's the best he could do. Didn't even apologize. I was then freezing all night.Absolutely ridiculous service for a 4-star hotel.

    Disappointing and unpleasant hotel, desagradable y decepcionante hotel

    TERRIBLE ATTENTION FROM THE STAFF, we stayed at this hotel in a family room, the air conditioning in one of the rooms did not work, I reported it and they agreed to send someone to fix it and they did NOT come that day, they did not care that we could not have slept that night, and they did not want to discount us that night, the next day they reported it again and they sent us a fan since the problem was not going to be solved since it is summer and it is very hot so we asked to change rooms, they didn’t want to move us until we insisted, and they changed one of the rooms, and in the other room the A/C didn't cool very well either but it was tolerated, the clipboard came off, the soap holder fell so that the shampoos couldn't be held , all the time there was WASTE WASTE IN THE WC, inside the room you could hear a lot of noise all the time like the air conditioning, I don't recommend the hotel's poor service, and after all the inconveniences, I asked to do a late check out and they didn't want to give it to us until 2 pm and they wanted to charge us 50 euros since one night we couldn't sleep in one of the rooms because of the heat. And since we did not agree to pay 50 euros and since we did not reach any agreement, we left and the receptionist came out to chase us, what an unpleasant situation and a very bad impression on the part of the hotel's work team.BAD WIFI VERY SLOW FAILS A LOTPÉSIMA ATENCIÓN DEL PERSONAL, nos hospedamos en este hotel en un family room, el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones no funcionaba, lo reporte y quedaron en mandar a alguien a arreglarlo y NO fueron ese día, no les importó que no pudiéramos haber dormido esa noche, y no quisieron descontarnos esa noche, al día siguiente lo volvía a reportar y nos enviaron un ventilador siendo que no se iba a solucionar el problema ya que es verano y hace mucho calor por lo que pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación, no querían cambiarnos hasta que estuvimos insistiendo, y fue que nos cambiaron una de las habitaciones, y la otra habitación el a/c tampoco enfriaba muy bien pero se toleraba, el portapapeles despegado, el porta jabón cayéndose de manera que no se podan sostener los shampoos, todo el tiempo había DESPERDICIO DE AGUA EN EL WC, dentro cuarto se escuchaba mucho ruido a cada rato como del aire acondicionado, no recomiendo el hotel mala atención, y después de todo los inconvenientes, pedí hacer late check out y no quisieron dárnoslo hasta las 2 pm y nos querían cobrar 50 euros siendo que una noche no pudimos dormir en una de las habitaciones por lo caliente. y como no estuvimos de acuerdo en pagar 50 eu y como no llegamos a nincun acuerdo nos fuimos y la recepcionista salio a perseguirnos, que desagradable situacion y muy mala imprecion por parte del equipo de trabajo del hotelWIFI MALO MUY LENTO FALLA MUCHO

    Lovely hotel in a great location. I recommend purchasing the breakfast as sitting on their patio is the perfect way to start the day. The rooms are a good size and very quiet- even if you are next to the elevator like I was.     Sjntem from Germany. I stayed in this hotel from 6.07.2022 until 13 .07.2022. I was like never before, very satisfied. I was treated with great love and respect. I'm not the person to write fake compliments. It's not my style. But I really appreciate it when you are somewhere far away and you feel at home. I do not want to go. I'm feeling very well. Clean room, fresh and tasty breakfast. Quiet hotel. Well located, close to shops, beach… Congratulations for a special receptionist named Yasmina. she is not only beautiful and kind, but she knows how to give everything to make you feel good. She is definitely well educated. Reconsnd this hotel.
