    We loved the place, beautiful settings, friendly personnel, good beds, convenient parking and close to Cannes. Two points we would change: remove carpets from the rooms and upgrade tables/chairs in the breakfast restaurant (inside).

    We have got a toom that is not shown on the website. Maybe 3* worth with price for 4*, this is not acceptable.

    I cannot fault this hotel. We had three rooms for a family of 6. The hotel's location is quiet yet convenient to Cannes centre and La Croisette...circa 15 mins walk. The hotel is spotlessly clean...absolutely shining...The staff were very warm and welcoming. I could only recommend this hotel, it was perfect for our needs.

    We stayed here for 4 nights, the location is in the northern part of Cannes and the city can be reached within 10 min walk, but be aware it is very uphill. The hotel itself is some years since it could be categorized as a 4 star hotel. We stay in many hotels around the world every year and this is far from what is expected for a 4 star. Hard beds, worn rooms where several things are either completely worn out (sofa bed) or broken (soap dish, coffee maker, drain in both bathroom and kitchen sink)We stayed in room no. 12, and left a few cups / plates, and did not empty the waste bin resulting in an extra bill of 25€, this would never happen at any other 4 star (Note there was a small sign with this in the room, so the fault for not complying with this is ours)So book this for the price but do not expect anything close to a 4 star jean pierre magne, Propriétaire at La Bastide De L'oliveraie, responded to this review Room N 12 is a small studio called family studio, measuring 26 m2 compared with the other rooms in the hotel, many of which measure 32 m2.As a result, the price of the family studio is lower than that of the other rooms, so that guests wishing to stay and enjoy all our facilities can do so on a more modest budget. However, in the family studios, as in all the hotel's rooms, the bedding for the parental bed is of the highest quality, Simmons suite hotel 725, the sofa in the small lounge has recently been changed, but remains an extra bed for small children, the Nespresso machine is new, and the bathroom is small (as described on the hotel website) but in good condition.We insist on the fact that being a 4-star hotel and not a 4-star tourist residence does not require us to have a kitchenette in the rooms. Although our hotel is a 10-minute walk from the city center, it feels like it's in the country, and we thought that having a small kitchen in each room would add a touch of charm and comfort for our guests who want to enjoy moments of calm.The small kitchen is deliberately briefly equipped with the main utensils, always four in number: 4 glasses, 4 plates, etc. ....This kitchenette is discreetly tucked away in a closet and is available to our guests free of charge. Due to this free service, we inform our guests that the dishes in this kitchenette will not be cleaned during their stay (only the trash will be emptied). We ask that our guests leave this kitchenette as clean as possible upon departure so as not to overload our cleaning staff, who are committed to providing meticulous care in their work.We do not rent apartments, but rooms. The small free kitchen is not part of the standards required for a 4-star hotel.

    A lovely hotel with quality bedrooms and excellent spa and leisure facilities. The hotel mixes the modern with the traditional and provides a beautiful outdoor setting with large swimming pool and also rooftop jacuzzi. The breakfast is also very nice with a good variety of options and finally the staff and friendly and very helpful with information
