Location

Guests can discover the charm and romance of the Riviera in the heart of Cannes, just a few steps from the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals. There are plenty of shops nearby and the hotel is located on the beach. Côte d'Azur International Airport is about 25 km away.

Guests have a choice of 6 junior suites, 33 single rooms and 27 double rooms located in two 2-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are provided. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace.     This charming boutique hotel is very welcoming, friendly, updated & clean. We had a lovely view of the garden & pool. Breakfast was included in our stay which offered a large selection of items. Great location in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of the strip & Palm Beach area. We absolutely loved our time here & in Cannes.     Gorgeous boutique hotel with great staff

    This boutique hotel is located at the opposite end of the croisette from the convention centre, close to the beach. There is some noise from trains but really didnt bother us at all.You can tell it is a boutique hotel by the little touches and staffing and it is really really lovely.Myself and my daughter are celebrating her 18th birthday and they gave us a lovely room with a terrace.Highly recommend.     Nice Hotel but Beware...

    My family and I came from the US and stayed at La Villa Cannes Croisette for 4 nights in two comfort rooms (they are small but can accommodate 2 people and luggage). We really did enjoy the location (close to the action but quiet) and the pool was great – my two kids (10 & 14) loved swimming and relaxing in it, as the nearby beaches were super crowded.Despite the positives, there was one overwhelming factor that stood out – it seemed there were slightly different rules applied to us vs others. Two examples:1. We celebrated my daughter’s 14th birthday during the trip and decided to open gifts around 10:45 am, so I picked up breakfast from a coffee shop down the street. We had done the same thing the day before and ate outside before heading to the pool. No one said a word. On this day however, as soon as I came back with coffee and croissants, one of the staff came over to me and told me I was not allowed to bring in outside food. I explained we had done this the day before without issue, and we had seen others eating and drinking food that wasn’t from the hotel. Also, breakfast ended at 10:30 according to the hotel website and signs, so even if we wanted breakfast at the hotel, we were too late. The staff explained we could only eat outside food in our rooms. I didn’t see any signs or information on the website that substantiate this claim. She spoke to her manager and told us we could eat our food if we paid an additional 5 Euro a person. This seemed arbitrary and inconsistent with how others were being treated. As it was my daughter’s birthday and she was getting upset, we agreed. We continued to see others eat and drink outside food at the hotel without any staff saying a word.2. There was a very clear ’no food and drinks’ signs posted outside the gate to the pool. We asked and were told to leave food and drinks (even water) outside the pool. But then we saw other people being served drinks poolside. Again, different rules for us vs others.As this is a small hotel, I am pretty sure we saw all the guests staying there at one point or another, and we appeared to be the only Americans (and maybe the only non-native French speakers). I don’t know if there was a deliberate bias or not, but there was a pretty clear pattern of different treatment. So if you are coming from the US or even outside of France, you may want to consider what happened to us when you book your next holiday in Cannes. And no, there is no difference between customers whether it is nationality, religion or skin color! our team who come from all around the world (moreover an American is part of our staff). I cannot let you insinuate something like that! you took it badly that you were made to pay a cover charge is one thing but insinuating that there is a different treatment according to your nationality is unacceptable. If other customers have consumed other than our food it is because we have not seen it. As for breakfast, even if it finish at 10:30, we are still able to arrange a breakfast later in the morning. La Villa Cannes Croisette loves all its customers!Our wealth comes from diversity, from meetings from all horizons.

    Had a 1st floor garden view room, very nice sized room, very comfy bed, very smart modern bathroom, clean room, bathroom and hotel. Great staff especially the wonderful helpful Marina. Breakfast was buffett and very pleasant and more than adequate options for a smaller sized hotel. The location is no more than 200 meters from the beach/ the Cannes boardwalk. Great small friendly hotel. Not a big chain hotel and perfect French feel to it, Will go back for sure.     They made my Holiday very special

    Lovely little hotel at the beginning of the Croisette, within a minute to the beach. I got an upgrade to a room with a terrace that lead right to the swimming pool. I was also very lucky to find a parking space right in front. But what absolutely overwhelmed me was the friendliness of the staff. A special thanks to Virginie and Florant who even doggy-sat my little Pom who didn’t want to go out in the heat. I definitely look forward to coming back!
