Location

Located on the Promenade de la Croisette in the centre of Cannes, this sea-front hotel offers a private beach and accommodation with sea or city views. It is approximately 11.3 km from Antibes. Guests will find shops, restaurants, bars, nightlife and links to the public transport network within 2 minutes’ walk of the hotel. Cannes train station is a 5-minute walk and Nice-Côte d’Azur International Airport is approximately 27 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 75 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 11 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Rooms

Rooms include air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. There is also an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides additional comfort. Slippers are included. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. For guests who wish to keep active, tennis, golf and fishing are available. Water sports available at the hotel include water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, sailing, catamaraning, snorkelling, diving, water aerobics and aquafit. The hotel's location is particularly ideal for skiers. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym and bowling. A wellness area with a spa is available at the hotel. Children are well looked after in the kids' club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch, guests can order à la carte. Set menus are available at lunch. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available.     Wonderful locationAmazing roomsStunning hotel decorExpensive in ways you don’t expectService levels don’t support the price.For instanceWe asked reception for some milk for our morning cuppa.After a short awkward moment - room service was suggested by me as a the option - 5 euro for half a pint.Bar drinks were excellent - but it took ages to get served and we had to keep prompting them to be told - we are doing our best.Niggles/first world problems but at this price it matters.We had a prestige room with sea view and terrace - expensive - you expect more.Let’s see if it improves - probably wont go to the bar now and will ration the milk.PS 9 euro for a coffee and another 9 for a tonic water.No problem if it’s excellent service - it’s not been so far.     Some hotels treat service as a checklist to get through. The Mondrian Cannes does not. From the very first moment you can tell you're in the hands of people who genuinely enjoy what they do — and who understand what that means for a guest.The rooms are in excellent condition, the location speaks for itself, and breakfast earns the word honestly — no sad buffet in plastic trays, but real quality. The restaurant in the evening: warm, attentive, with food that keeps its promises.What truly sets this place apart is the level of personal service. Singling anyone out feels almost unfair — the entire team was simply excellent. But Laurent at the front desk has earned his mention: his recommendations for excursions weren't recycled tourist brochure talk, but genuine tips from someone who knows and loves the region. That's a rare thing.At a time when the hotel industry is racing toward automation, self check-in, and staff-free efficiency, the Mondrian Cannes is a welcome reminder of what's possible when you simply don't forget.     We stayed here one year ago and loved the room so much that we had to come back. On the Croisette I think the rooms are among the absolutely most nicelydecorated. Sea view room is worth the extra cost. Waking up with this view is just amazing. Don’t think any of the other hotels on the Croisette has the same park area in front. House keeping is very good. Location is also among the absolute best.The minibar is complimentary with water, soft drinks and snacks. Always appreciated.Bar serves really good cocktails, and the restaurant is also good. If the facade of the building is not important, like Carlton or Martinez, I would definitely go for Mondrian.
